When training conditioning for wrestling, there are many methods you may implement. Those include circuit training, sprinting, and sport-specific methods such as situational wrestling drills. However, one very popular category is stationary machines. Those are desired because of their simplicity, straight-forwardness, and, most importantly, their capacity to measure results (through the in-built computer). Examples include the treadmill, the assault bike, and the rowing ergometer. In this video, we will discuss some of those machines, their pros and cons, and their applicability to wrestling.

  • For me treadmill all the way We are made for walking and running If you want lower impact just do incline walk, I guarantee that 15 degree 5 - 8 km/h will make you cry after 5 minutes Also I never get to such a lack of breath on any of this movements beside running
