The Rise of m0NESY: How a 16-Year-Old s1mple Clone Could Become CS:GO's Next GOAT

2021 ж. 25 Қыр.
416 321 Рет қаралды

Suffice it to say, part of what makes s1mple such a singularity is the fact that there’s only, well, 1 of him.
Some say he was born to play Counter-Strike, others that he just lives and breathes it. Whatever the source of his godhood may be, the overwhelming consensus is that he is, undoubtedly, a once-in-a-generation player. The kind who, quite simply, cannot be duplicated.
But what if I told you that s1mple not only could be cloned but, uh . . . already has been.
Today, I’m here to introduce you all to Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov, a sixteen-year-old CS:GO prodigy from the CIS who’s spent the past two years turning FPL into his own personal playground.
Of course, what really stands out about our boy is the uncanny resemblance he bears to his game’s GOAT. He’s a blonde, Slavic wonderboy who plays for Na’Vi and not only bangs with every boomstick on the buy menu, but boasts gamesense and gunskill beyond his years.
This little tyke doesn’t just walk and talk like Sasha the Smasha, he frags like him, too.

Imagine having the input of thousands, not only regarding the game you play, but everything in life such as school, business, love or just life in general? • Mechanically gifted. Game sense can only be proved in front on Tier 1 teams. If B1t is any indication of what Navi is hiding in their camps, mOnesy will rain down hell alongside Simple and Electronic. The question is, who can he replace? Perfecto is like the next clutchmaster and Boomich is an unpredictable genius.

    @frozenfire72@frozenfire722 жыл бұрын
    • the navi team is the correct formula right now, they just have to polish their minor issues and theyll be the next astralis, s1mple cant be replaced, electronic is basically the best rifler, b1t is the next screaM but better, perfecto is one of the best anchors and clutchers atm, and boombl4 has insane impact in crucial points of the game, that and his strat/shot calling has improved so much while he's been on the team. they also won the grand slam, so he is doing something right being the igl

    • @@TransparentEclipse Replacing an IGL is devastating and you definite don't know how any of this works, they tried elec as an IGL in 2020 once and it did not work out. Boombl4 is an entry fragger and an IGL, it is his job to make calls and create magic, it's him that made the decision, the rest follows it and the result of the match definitely goes against your statement , Navi is doing well with boombl4, and he is a good IGL, probably not the best, but good enough to make calls that are game changing.

  • there's no space in Navi for Monesy to fit in, maybe after s1mple retires or chooses to play another role to let monesy be the X factor but other than that Monesy will most likely join another team then comeback to Navi as I don't see Monesy replacing Perfecto and B1t because Perfecto is one of the best support players NaVi have picked up and Monesy will have to play a much more unfavourable role if b1t was to move out
