But unlike the massive successes and instant flops of recent years, an unlikely Ubisoft game has steadily built up a fanbase. They did it by reinventing what the franchise meant, while simultaneously committing to a post-release support structure that would keep the game relevant for years to come.

With Siege, I genuinely think that it will just keep going as it hasn't even peaked after 3 years. It might become like LoL or CSGO where people play it forever. More than likely, Siege 2 will come out and replace it, hopefully with all of the existing content already included.

The part about Excellence being the first and only Xbox Champions is wrong. They were in Season 1, and then Denial won Season 2, followed by Vitality winning Season 3 and Elevate becoming the World Champions at the Invitational Final with a 10-0 victory over Vitality(The last part is not technically Pro League, but is still important in talking about the Xbox scene, which was cut off after the year 1 invitational)

SuperExcelGaming they’ve been around like 4 or so seasons of esports so I think they have lasted quite a bit and have been increasing viewership consistently

I think the only way Siege could’ve taken the title as “best R6 game” was to include a story mode since the Lore and characters are pretty interesting once you dive into it and if a story is added, it gives off many avenues to go down.

I swear on my life. 2 of my uncles acted in the hunt for the red October. One's name is Paul Goretoy, and I'm not sure exactly which other uncle acted as well, but I think it was Alexander Goretoy. One of them is eating during a scene, and more proof is if you google Paul goretoy, it will give you his dental shop in Boise, in which he completely redoes mouths and jaws. One of the greatest games Iv've ever played, simply for the fact its sheerly re-playable and addictive. No game is ever the same, and those panic attacks when 1v1... priceless. Been playing Clancy games since the first R6 and its incredible Ubisoft have delivered this masterpiece.

You'll get bored of it eventually. After putting 3k hours in the game in year 1 alone. I pretty much stopped taking the game serious and stopped playing it as much so right now I only have about 7k hours.

4 years ago. Siege has died again, but now it's coming back and becoming popular again.. It's insane, to think that an updated version of this video could be made.
I really hope this game makes it to 10 years old. The game is so much different than it was 5 years ago, imagine what it will look like in another 5 years
I played early in Rainbow's life. Didn't like the op list and over all the game felt week. I came back around when Blackbeard was added just to check on the game and fell in love with playing Frost. Yet sorta didn't like any attacking ops even though blackbeard was broken as hell at the time. So I dropped out. Got back into into it a month ago after a friend was talking about the new ops. Weirdly enough I only really enjoy playing Ying, Dokkaebi and Zofia. That and more defenders that I flat out liked I have been playing the game for longer and more often. The real issue early on was if you didnt like the ops it was hard to enjoy but over time they added enough ops where there tends to be a few that people enjoy. Making it easier to play the game longer because you change which op you are playing if you get a little tired of one. Due to how the game was made, it was never a bad game. The main issue always was ops. Now it's Easier to get into and enjoy then it was when it first game out
Now that the game is in a much better spot player wise and unless they flat out massively change how the game plays or stop adding ops. I can see Siege making it at lest 3 more years. The thing is, I would like more mods added in. Enjoying the idea of a pve mode like the zombie mode but with different versions rotating every month for newer players who may need to work on playing the game better before taking it to pvp and the pve mode that is in now is a little trash

And here we are now. Right before the Six Invitational 2019. The first major in siege with a prizepool bigger than 1 mio $. Of course, the community and playerbase is what made this possible. But the job the devs make, although they are being talked so bad about sometimes, is actually amaying. Developing the game to state it is in right now, was defenitly anything but easy. Maybe in the best position ever to really get into the spot light. Its not gonna stop here!
