I posted something on LinkedIn last week which got some good feedback on this very issue, and the fact that most Contractors go for a cost friendly option ignoring glare, and whilst the Robus fitting does appear to sort this issue, it does appear that it will create dark ceilings as there isn’t (at least from seeing the images of the fitting) any light spread outwards / upwards. Making it quite directional.
Light on the ceiling is a key part of glare reduction. 👍
