Find the corner points (where the like seam end is not the elastic) bring all four corners together. Ignore the elastic part that is hanging down. Allow enough slack from the middles to hang down kind of folded so it creates a straight line, then fold like any other piece of fabric just with the excess in the centre of your nice folds. When you bring the corners together properly it’s like they tuck into each other. I may not be the best describing this. My mom taught me how to fold fitted sheets when I was like 5 and I never understood why others have so much trouble. Corners are key.. I use a finger to hold the point from the inside of the gusset and bring both hands together then flip one over the other so the elastic is on the same side. Repeat with the other two corners. I hope this helps and doesn’t make it more confusing.

I have never understood the point of dishwashers (or drying racks, for that matter). There was one in the apartment I bought, but I sold it and installed a cabinet instead, so that is now where I keep my vitamins, spices, baking ingredients, pasta, rice and other foods that don’t need to go in the fridge. Besides, washing the dishes immediately after the guests have left is much more efficient than going to sleep and dreading the next day.

I got the bedroom lights from ikea they’re called the “fado” lamps with the “tradfri” bulbs!🫶🏼🎀 and the bathroom light is just a mini salt lamp I got years ago!

Yeah is Americans have been using one use stuff for a long time. Although there are some places that are using more reusable materials
It’s because it’s more sanitary to use one use implements when disinfecting or sanitizing things
Honestly I think it’s because it’s what’s marketed to us and because it’s in a way more convenient to use for example a clorox wipe and throw it away instead of using a normal cloth and soaking it in some sort of cleaning solution
@@thehannahjehsham I'm german and feeling the need to desinfect is something I only ever witnessed on a large scale in US-americans too. Here you clean but desinfecting is something usually only done in e.g. hospitals, restaurants. Though I must admit that I sometimes use one use wips for practical reasons as well. And for cleaning the toilet, since I really don't want to re-use that rag. Anything else gets washed at 60° Celcius and used again. I wonder why it is so different. Germans aversion towards "too many chemicals" might play into it

Oh my good, no, spraying the vegetable drawers is not considered a deep clean. You take everything out and then you wash the containers and the shelves by hand. Then, you scrub the now empty fridge. Dry everything and then you put the dry shelves and containers back in the fridge. Your vegetables hold up longer if you take them out of their packaging, by the way - cutting and portioning them the day after grocery shopping is for the actually productive people.
