basically i go college in the uk and my college day starts at 9 and i wake up at like 7:30 or 8 but it’s actually AWFUL bc then i don’t have enough time to get ready or eat anything bc i just stay in my bed for so long 😭 the reason behind that is probably bc i go sleep SO LATE likeee i used to go sleep so early and have a good routine, same with the morning but i need to actually make time for myself 😭😭 anyways yeah :) 🫶🏽 also i’m really excited for the video on sunday !

Love that you followed the routine but revolved it around your own lifestyle and didn’t stick straight to the script. It makes people realize that these “That girl” or “perfect” routines can still be considered “perfect” even if you change them a bit to fit your own personal style. Love this! 🫶🏻❤️
Isn’t that common sense tho? Obviously you would tailor the routine to your own life and what you’ve got going on.
@@alibrasworld maybe to you and some people. It has been portrayed through social media though that doing these “that girl” routines precisely as they are, are what makes someone “that girl”. Some people don’t have the ability to wake up at 6am for example, and that one thing can throw off the whole vision of being “that girl” as it’s a major aspect of it. But seeing vids like this shows you can still be “that girl” even if it’s not the perfect vision or routine that’s been socialized.

Just a few key points for my girlies wanting a good routine. 1. Eye mask would be most beneficial early, before skin care. I suggest brush teeth, eye mask, 5 minute journal, breakfast, shower and then skin care before getting dressed. The warm shower opens your pores, cleanses them and then the skin care is best penetrated when the skin is still warm and open. 2. Brushing your teeth after eating is so bad. Your mouth becomes acidic after you eat to help break down the food left over on your teeth. If you brush your teeth while your mouth is acidic it ruins your enamel. Don’t do that. 3. If your someone that drinks warm lemon water in the morning make sure to rinse mouth out with fresh water after. DO NOT BRUSH. 4. Meditation an hour after your dinner has settled is the best. It helps to detox from the day and will improve sleep. 5. Don’t wear your jacket after the gym. Your body slowly releases toxins after you work out through your skin. Not only can. It make your jacket smell weird to others but it can also cause issues with your skin. Wear a sweatshirt you don’t mind washing with your gym clothes after :) 6. Do what works for you. It’s ok to do all this at 2pm if that’s when you wake. But try to get at least 8 hrs of sleep most of the week and always drink water. It’s so good for you inside and out ❤ happy mornings!!!!!

hey queen, brushing your teeth after drinking water may be beneficial as you should let your fluoride or active ingredient that’s in your toothpaste sit for about 30 minutes without rinse in order for it to work. afterwards, of course feel free to rinse/drink water or eat. just something to look into :)

Plenty of people wake up earlier than they need to, so they can have some time for themselves before their day starts… and yes some people have early classes.

So bone broth is a thing. Now more animals are slaughtered to make it into fancy powder. Worst trend 😢
Animals are being killed either way because of the meat industry so using the bones (that are usually thrown away) it’s just better because you are not contributing to more waste so it’s actually a good thing we are reducing waste🫶🏼
I am pretty sure that this isn’t a trend it’s been around for a very long time.
I don’t even watch KZheadrs videos it it’s entirety, I just open up the video and click thumbs down because KZheadrs talk as if the world revolves around them and also KZheadrs talk as if KZheadrs are better than everyone. The world doesn’t revolve around KZheadrs and no person is better than anyone.
How miserable and insecure can you be… ofc their channels is going to revolve around them, it’s their channel. And if you feel like they’re better than you that’s a personal issue because it wasn’t implied anywhere that she thinks she’s above you. Just your insecurities, jealousy and inadequacy speaking. If you don’t like the content why interact at all with it when you could invest your precious time watching things that brings you joy instead of making you bitter.
