Bonus unpopular opinion: We need to stop demonizing shrinkage. Shrinkage is a sign your hair is healthy. My hair is to my shoulders when stretched and eye level dry. And I’m cool with it. Like I even use shrinkage as a FLEX to ppl who don’t know our hair. My white fiancé is floored everytime I remind him how long my hair is. And he gets so giddy when the curl bounces back. Shrinkage is fcking awesome when you realize why we have it. I remember how damaged and sad my hair was before I cut it. When I think about that damage, I smile at my shrunken healthy curls. Glad I'm not the only one who still doesn't get the hype about Olivia Rodrigo. Her singing is average, her style is average, and her personality is average. Yes, I love these. Agree about I've never been someone who when they're told no don't do something then they HAVE to do it. I've been in a relationship when I was younger with someone who had that mindset of if they're told not to do something (like for example don't cheat on me!?) then he felt like it was more exciting to try to do that. I agree with the hair color one. Some people don't look good with black hair and some don't look good with blonde hair. Chewing gum loudly shouldn't be met with as much heat as it does "chewing like a cow" or being "ratchet" as if either of us have been around one and so rude for what. It's not that serious. Chill and politely ask to chew more quietly. 3. Apple juice is the superior juice for breakfast, not orange juice. 4. The same people who say people are insecure if their significant other feels jealous of them hanging around opposite genders are the same ones that will have a turbulent relationship history 5. Some youtubers are too sensitive/ deluded and think some people are "hating" on them when they're told that people miss the old them- before they were changed by money- but they're just too gone to notice it and get mad when they read the comment. Calling them haters or mentally saying that makes them feel better about it. Spending $1k daily is called a spending addiction and you trying to normalize it in your head by saying it makes you happy doesn't change it. So they rather stay deluded.

Glad I'm not the only one who still doesn't get the hype about Olivia Rodrigo. Her singing is average, her style is average, and her personality is average. I've honestly TRIED to give her songs a chance (because one of my close friends is obsessed with her music and recommended it to me), and I gave her stuff a fair listen. But I just don't find her music to be anything original or out-of-box. It was just generic to me. Honestly, I think the only song from her discography I found myself tolerating was the 'Deja Vu' song and that was after a few listens.

Yes, I love these. Agree about I've never been someone who when they're told no don't do something then they HAVE to do it. I've been in a relationship when I was younger with someone who had that mindset of if they're told not to do something (like for example don't cheat on me!?) then he felt like it was more exciting to try to do that. Drew’s interviews are unique and she does seem genuine and comforting but she does need to learn boundaries I feel like cause not everyone will enjoy getting that close to them.
The billboard one is so oddly real like I recently downloaded twitter again and all I’m seeing on my timeline is literally Stan accounts and fan pages and those pop culture accounts only talking about their favs charting on billboard and like tweeting anything that has to do with charts😭
And I feel like people rebel against their parents etc bc they don’t give you a reason why you shouldn’t do that/ go there etc 😭 like I usually listen to my mom when she says I shouldn’t do something but sometimes I question it too. Then she explains to me why she doesn’t allow/ recommend me to do certain things and I’ll understand more. I do the same to my younger siblings and it works fine. I agree with the hair color one. Some people don't look good with black hair and some don't look good with blonde hair. I know I personally won't want to wear a color that doesn't suit me but I don't have specific attachments/visions to hair color. Top 5 unpopular opinions: 1. Just because you don't read doesn't mean you're uneducated. It just means it's not my hobby. I prefer other things, may or may not be educating. 2. Chewing gum loudly shouldn't be met with as much heat as it does "chewing like a cow" or being "ratchet" as if either of us have been around one and so rude for what. It's not that serious. Chill and politely ask to chew more quietly. 3. Apple juice is the superior juice for breakfast, not orange juice. 4. The same people who say people are insecure if their significant other feels jealous of them hanging around opposite genders are the same ones that will have a turbulent relationship history 5. Some youtubers are too sensitive/ deluded and think some people are "hating" on them when they're told that people miss the old them- before they were changed by money- but they're just too gone to notice it and get mad when they read the comment. Calling them haters or mentally saying that makes them feel better about it. Spending $1k daily is called a spending addiction and you trying to normalize it in your head by saying it makes you happy doesn't change it. So they rather stay deluded.

Sooo, i have friends but am really not into super deep ones right now. Had to step back from my closer ones for my mental health bc they started when i had way weaker boundaries and was dealing with depression. So yeah, enjoying my time, and very clear not lonely, only a little lost right now. Getting better though away from those demanding relationships, though 😉.
