Transform the Most Hated Electric Car into a Supercar - Episode #2
We are trying to make a super car from an old Reva G-Wiz so on this episode we placed wider tires and lower the car’s suspension. More details in the comment below!

We're excited to offer some exclusive perks to our Extreme members! By becoming a member, you'll gain access to some pretty awesome benefits that we can't wait for you to experience: kzhead.info/tools/khZ3X6pVbrEs_VzIPfwWgQ.htmljoin Also, don't forget to subscribe to our newsletter to stay up-to-date on all of our extreme updates: makeitextreme.com Just a heads up, our website is currently undergoing some redesigning, but no worries! You can still find the full description below. The tires that we have chosen to place are slick tires by Pirelli that are used on racing vehicles. As long as we had chosen the tires we should have made changes at rims to accept the tires. Every rim was fixed and aligned on the lathe and then we cut one of its side. We removed a wider side from the other rims, which have the same diameter. We applied the two pieces that we welded with all of their perimeter on the rotary table that we have made. While the original rims had 12cm width after the transformation its width reached the 22 cm. On the four new rims we drilled new holes to fit the valves as the previous ones were at the side where the rims were removed. Then, we put the tires on the rims and we put some air in them without any air loss. After screwing them on the vehicle besides the big transformation of the image of the car we came across to some new problems. One of them was that while we were turning the steering wheel the tire was bumping into the frontal part- the body of the car. Therefore, after removing all the parts that were connected with the front wheels, we moved the whole system 4cm forward and the problem solved. However, to lower the frontal part of the car 15cm forward we had to move the position of the front springs creating a harder suspension at the same time. Also, at the back, the tires were touching on the springs. Thus, we moved the springs and placed them in another spot to solve the particular problem and lower at 16cm the back part of the vehicle, too. All in all, although the whole procedure of this project was time consuming, it was also very exciting
สวัสดี
hi extreme guys am excited to watch your KZhead videos. it's Talent at Zimbabwe in Africa
😊😊
You can tell that there was a whole lot of head scratching done in order to get this far; so many obstacles on such a small platform to consider. Pretty smart, repurposing all of the mounting bracketing rather than overbuilding the frame components and adding unnecessary weight. It will be interesting to see how the ride geometry and tracking adjustment works out with this setup. 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Excellent series and really happy you guys are voicing them over!
Glad you enjoy it!
Interesting front suspension geometry 😅 painting the brake drums red should solve any handling issues
Are you going to do anything about the rear wheels rubbing the springs?
I was thinking exactly the same, those sidewalls won't last long like that.
Such an awesome series! Glad to have some sound and voice overs! You guys are going big on this one! True to the name! Making it extreme!!
Lowering, caster, camber, and signature water jetted hub centers. It’s really coming together. Wheel spacers maybe?
The caster angle on the front should ideally be between 3 - 5 degrees positive. IE: the top of the strut back towards the rear of the vehicle. What you have there is negative caster which will roll the tyre under the car on cornering & try to pull the tyre off the outside bead. The tyre should gain more negative camber on the left tyre as you turn right, whilst the right tyre will gain positive camber & vice versa. You have the strut either vertical, or in positive caster. As it is, the handling will be horrendous with heavy steering & will bite back. You should also have between 1 & 4 degrees negative camber with slicks.
Sangat meng inspirasi 👍🏻🇲🇨
Κύριοι, μπράβο σας. Perfect videography, excellent craftsmanship. All around, amazing work. Respect!!!
Ευχαριστούμε φίλε να είσαι καλά
Okay now I'm eagerly awaiting episode 3
Está ficando "SHOW"... Parabéns pelo trabalho feito. Uma dica... coloca alargadores de paralamas pra cobrir os pneus. Abraço
Вот что значит: "руки растут из того места". Красавчик. 🔥. Лайк однозначный. С нетерпением ждём продолжения.
Hydraulic press as tire machine 👍👍👍👍👍
Looking forward to seeing this build thru, should be a fun lil gocart to drive.
So far it appears my plan to wait until all the episodes were available and ready to watch through to completion, is finally paying off. It was hard not to watch *but;* right now I feel like I'm at the theater watching a movie I've been dying to see and-no disappointments.
This this will be super cool. Really like this project!
amazing work like every build.
It's been a minute since I last seen you guys make any fun road toys, I'm excited for this project! Can't wait to see what's next!
This thing is looking awesome already! Can't wait to see the next installment of this build! Cheers from Sydney Australia 🇭🇲👍🦘🚙🚙🦘👍🇭🇲
Love your shop, quiet the setup!
Great work on the race car transformation :) Thanks for sharing the video with us!👍💖😎JP
Fantastic work, guys! It's looking amazing! 😃 Stay safe there with your families! 🖖😊
These guys have no limits
Yesss 🤝🇲🇨
This is smaller than Project Binky. I like it. I would suggest replacing the existing springs, struts, shocks, etc.
Love the channel. You guys really do some amazing projects. Being your quality is so high. I am guessing when installing the front suspension you set it to 0 because it has adjustability to add caster and camber later. Cant wait to see how this project continued keep up the great work
This guy is very talented he's a wealth of knowledge
Not about suspension 😂
What a great video. So well filmed. I was in awe the whole time.
Watching this one with interest. Thanks for sharing your content.
Looks great. Looking forward to seeing what comes next.
I can’t wait for the next one. This channel is by far my favorite . You guys are awesome u inspire me no bs. Thank you
Saya juga sangat senang dengan channel ini .👍🏻🇲🇨
Ah come on! 😭 I'm not sure I can keep waiting so long in between each episode guys 😩. I wish there was another one today! This is proper exciting 👌👌👌. 😎
I would love to see you build a 2 post car lift.
This is awesome work bro, good luck. ✊🤝🤝
This thing is gonna be f ing sick boys!!!
Very good project
E disso que estou falando , que projeto bacana , só muito fã de projetos assim começando do zero , parabéns continue está incrível
Extremely awesome like always. Can't wait for further development
Did you guys consider other suspension designs for the rear? 4 link with panhard bar, 4 link with watt's link, triangulated 4 link, custom IRS?
Bro, I'm excited to see how this lil masterpiece turns out!! Looks awesome so far!
Good gear heads with good tools.
ชอบและรักช่องทางการรับชมนี้มาก
Sensacional! Tô contando as horas p parte 3.
Wow great project but I feel mig welding instead of tig welding the rims together would have worked out better for you especially with the aid of your rotary table.
Last time I have seen such kind of modification was on a episode of A-Team...
Good job mister beautifully done
never seen anyone put this much effort into riceing a car
This takes polishing a turd to a new level. 😃 Love it!
Nice work brother, although one criticism I have is that the slicks are about 50 mm too wide for the rims. It needs narrower tyres.
This is a very cool build I like seeing people making something cool out of something sh!tty great job man

Estava ancioso por esse vídeo muito bom o projeto adoro seu canal ..
My friend had a set of wheels made the same way on his early model Lotus Elan 👍
He welded on the suspension with all springs extended lol. 😂😂😂😂He's going to need a good chiropractic after riding that shit heep.
I like your new Project more and more and I'm really curious to see what it looks like as soon as it's finished. 😊
Thank you! 😊
essa serie de videos esta incrivel!
Obrigato amigo
Really really impressive and really really cool 🤩👍
Thank you
Caramba que top.. 🤙
That little electric car is going to be the pimp of the streets. 👍👍👍
This guy is a fabrication genius.
"Fix the terrible suspension" makes it even worse 😂. A suspension upright is supposed to be upright or the spring and damper rate will change with suspension travel.
they became youtubes biggest hackjobbers. I think they want to produce shit for the drama. back in the good old days they build good stuff
I'd add that while they were at it, they could put some quality coilovers in there, or maybe pushrod suspension
Its as if they took a look at cantilever suspension on racecars and thought, I'll have a go at that without understanding how it works. I don't know how someone can have all the equipment and none of the brains.
@@Mr.KawaBrahbro he actually has a point. why tf are you so angry?
Taek metaoh kakeh patek neng neng lah lako akomen malolo spatek jeriyah
I want to see that suspension in work 😅 especially the rear shocks, I've never seen shocks angled to the back. I feel like going over bumps will make the car bounce, might be even worse with momentum 🤔 but I guess I'll find out.
Some high end sport cars seem to adopt that kind of suspension setup. Granted, the ones there are well researched before made and angles are specific for the best handling quality on track. This on the other hand... We'll just see
Just found this channel looking forward to seeing what I've been missing,
Great Job 👍💥
Thanks ✌
GOING HARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it's a amazing work.. thanks for your videos ..ciao
Many thanks!
Spend a couple of euros on some safety glasses, especially when your not even using a guard on the angle grinder. Keep up the good work
It's getting there! Can't wait for the next episode.
Lot of surprises coming. Stay tuned.
GM - можно подумать, что это General Motors😊. Широкие колеса для электрокара - большой расход на сопротивление качению, а так конечно красиво будет.
should be a beast for sure. it looks like a
Did you do the recovery mode key combo on the broken builtin keyboard? Maybe its not broken and its an os driver type issue. It makes sense that the recovery combo would work on an external keyboard; its an operating system type restriction and external things probably work before the OS log-in screen is loaded. Think of PCs and using keyboards durring POST to get into the bios.
Roof chop it with 15 degree angle Single centre seater More batteries = more power Maybe even a Tesla motor And putting the batteries either side of the drivers sitting arrangement. For more balance
We need the next episode 😂
El mejor para mi este señor es un genio
,😎👍
crazy!! but i love it
Просто браво!!! 😮😎👏👏👏
already wrote that with such a reach, wheel bearings will go into the category of consumables? And you have to change them very often...
I am curious where this is going so subscribed
В реалиях Европы ламбо-двери идеальны.
great job bro
GTA f1 wheel glitch irl 😂
