Project 0131 | Making a scrap wire stripping machine

2022 ж. 7 Сәу.

The project numbered 0131 is a wire stripping machine using old cables for recycling purposes. It is well-known that pure copper that is included in the cables can be sold and having this in mind, we considered it wise to make a cable stripping machine.

  • I love your videos. For some reason, the guide you made around the 22min mark I thought was going to be run the other way. Have it be the on the output and push the sheathing on the outside and when you force it out it would pull the two parts apart. I assume it would just be a potential spot for the machine to jam though.

  • You should definetly try powder coating your projects. I think the unique finish and durability especially that powder coating gives will match your style of builds really well

    @bigniqqa4511@bigniqqa45112 жыл бұрын
    • @bigniqqa4511 I agree! Spray paint used to be my “go to” for finishing/protecting projects. It doesnt hold up very well and is kinda a pain in the ass. I Bought a small eastwood Powdercoating gun, and never looked back! Soon as the Powder coated part has cooled off the finish is 10x more durable. Plus, if done right the finish lays more flat and looks better.
