If he lost motivation and wants to step down no one should question that ever. He will forever be a legend for what he has done , the amount of respect and love he has for the club going like this , giving the club time to find a new manager and leaving without getting sacked etc. This is super rare in modern football, he should have a chair at the stands for the rest of his life , the door should always be open as soon as he puts his foot in the city

Tbf, the game these days is way more demanding and he's basically never had a break from football. He went straight from playing to managing in 2001 and has been going at it since.
