  • If he lost motivation and wants to step down no one should question that ever. He will forever be a legend for what he has done , the amount of respect and love he has for the club going like this , giving the club time to find a new manager and leaving without getting sacked etc. This is super rare in modern football, he should have a chair at the stands for the rest of his life , the door should always be open as soon as he puts his foot in the city

  • He is so sincere and ethical about his job. He feels like he’s stalling the club because of his burnout, and someone else that still has the energy should take charge for the club. This kind of work ethic is a rarity in this world. Klopp will go down as one of the best coaches in the history of football.

    • It definitely didn't start that way, people only remember him with the power, they don't remember how he got it. He earned that power by being so successful for so long. He had the staying power that others simply don't have. He had the fighting spirit that others simply don't. The competitive nature, the hunger, ​the drive, the passion, the man management, the ability to adapt and evolve, to inspire and command. That no one else has ever proven to have. And it was a massive up hill battle for years against the odds to be successful. Then a dominance began, then longevity of that dominance grew.
