In this episode, Coyote's on a mission to rescue and relocate a deadly Black Mamba snake. The notorious Black Mamba is super venomous, super unpredictable, and super defensive. In what may be one of Coyote's most high-stakes encounters yet, him and Tyrone must capture and tube one of the most dangerous snakes he's ever interacted with.

  • I grew up with Steve Irwin in the 90's. Ever since his passing, I've craved that thirst for knowledge and respect for dangerous creatures, along with an incredibly likable host. Coyote and everyone at Brave Wilderness has been able to fill the hole left behind. Thanks for carrying such an important torch.

  • I like how he treats the animals with respect expect and doesn't make them seem as if everything's out to kill you. I like that he always defers to someone with more knowledge and follows directions to make sure that everybody's safe. I think these guys are a lot of fun.

Goes to show how nuts Steve Irwin was when he got a call there was one in hut he just ran into the hut and grabbed it by the tail and carried into int the street told it youre alright mate about 3 times and bagged him. lol. My heart would have probably stopped if I saw one of those things.

  • My heart was racing when I saw that Black Mamba! It's definately something that I would fear even if it's nowhere near me.. I like that you didn't go ahead and put the blame on that snake since it is truly just living a life of its own and humans happened to built on their habitats. Really awesome to see this teamwork go so smoothly. 👍

  • It's important to remember that even an aggressive species like the Black Mamba is just as afraid of us as we are of them, once both the snake and you calm down, we can appreciate how this is truly one of the greatest of creation 😱 Absolutely gorgeous animal once you get past that initial fear

  • Big shout-outs to Tyrone for his skill in guiding Coyote through the process of catching and tubing the black mamba. Staying calm and giving clear instructions absolutely help in reducing the tension of that kind of situation. And kudos to Coyote for safety checks and asking how his grip on the snake was. Excellent handling of a dangerous scenario all around.

  • I remember when I was 7 Years old I almost got bit by a Black Mamba, while I was swimming in a Pool. My mom called my name and then said there is a Black Mamba in the Pool, so I quickly got out. That was the most scary experience ever.

    • @@peronialessandroi I used to watch his stuff way back in the beginning. He was obsessed with finding and catching big ol' snapping turtles. It was fun. I think it was called Dragon Tails or something along those lines. You might still be able to find some of those old videos if you look hard enough. I found him simply because he was one of the only people with videos about snapping turtles which I happened to be interested in at the time. His channel was tiny at the time, like not even a thousand followers. He's come a long way since then. I find of miss the old turtle videos.

  • One of the things that makes the Black Mamba so deadly is the fact that they will bite repeatedly! Not always injecting venom, but I've heard of people being bitten 6 or 7 times in one encounter. Oh, and they move fast as hell too (about 12 miles per hour) and can strike with nearly 2/3 of their body! Note to self, never be on the same continent as a Black Mamba! 🐍🐍🐍🐍

In the days before antivenom in south africa, they told people: "If you get bitten by a Mamba, go find a try and go to sleep" used to have a close to 100% lethality till they introduced proper care for snake bites, if I recall.

    • Black mambas sometimes deliver dry bites, but that happens rarely. And the first bite is usually venomous and is fatal to most humans, even if delivered by a baby.

  • The Mamba won't chase after you but it most certainly can and often does attack aggressively which in the bush will feel very much like it's chasing you and because of its size and energetic agility it's pretty much unique to this species, the green mamba is far less aggressive albeit similarly deadly. The Black Mamba is revered to near supernatural status in my country

    • i don't know which mambas you guys have that side but a mamba chased me once and yes it will chase you if you enter it's territory. we had a lot of them in our village and if the mamba has eggs or young ones, it will become territorial. We had a lot of snakes in the bushes but a mamba is a very dangerous snake. İt's a crazy snake. İ realized people who talk about it just read it from the looks or probably have just seen only one of them. They vary in behavior too and also in wet seasons they are calmer
