If you're into a little trolling this is a MUST BUY. I spent most of last night running people over with the remote control function. No one in the lobby ever realized it was a remote controlled vehicle because I didn't put any fancy customization on. I wish they had given the option to add police lights to make it like a secret service vehicle. It still looks nice all blacked out but it was a missed opportunity.

@@GhillieMaster there was supposed to be one but it was coming out the summer after George Floyd so yeah…. That’s why that summer we got the summer special update instead which wasn’t that much for once abs explains why it was an unusual update

I customized mine to look like Nick Fury’s SUV from Captain America: The Winter Soldier and even gave it the RC unit so it looks like it can drive itself just like in the movie

Accidentally did it with my friend, he was standing by the car and shooting at my driver's window and I just switched to first person, took the machine pistol and waited until the window was about to crack, aimed, shot and he was so surprised and died, Hella fun
well, I customized mine like the Agents of Shield SUV so it got protective bumper at the front but not the back, also another SUV CIA style
I'm loving this vehicle so far. I turned mine into a newer version of the Sheriff SUV. My only complaint is that the bullbars look weird.

I'm waiting for the Reaver since it's a bike that isn't as ridiculously priced as the Shinobi. While test driving it during a mission, the bike seemed pretty competitive for the 30 seconds I drove it before getting aimbotted by AIs.
I bought 2 Shinobis one with princess robot bubblegum livery and one stealth black best 5 million ive ever spent
I'm buying the Reaver strctly because it has a Sprunk livery, and because Keanu Reeves bike. And got the Shinobi for the Itashi one.

1:30 this is also an issue with the Armored Kuruma as well. Idk how many people know about it. there is a small spot between the front windshield and the front door windows that has no hitbox.
Yeah i noticed this too, i thought it was just me. I realized this when the AI basically one shotted me with their bullshit rapid fire 100% aim.

I bought the Granger 3600lx and made it look like an undercover police SUV, or a secret service agency vehicle.
I really like the Granger. I’m a fan of the Suburban, and since you can mod this one to be an armored one, it opens up some cool roleplay options. Really a cool vehicle and it’s viable because of Imani Tech.
I have this and so far I mostly use it as an RC car, it's a fun way to drive around and watch players, I'm fine being locked to first person but I wish we could look around

An interesting new addition to the 'Imani Tech' selection of vehicles from The Contract Update, definitely a great 'budget' value deal as mentioned and looks like it would blend in pretty well with traffic given it's similarity to the original, so there's some trolling potential there too!👍
Same armor resistance, same bullet resistance on the windows, carries up to 8 players, bargain bin price. 👍 I say this is well worth picking up.
I bought it as soon as it came out and I think of a countered that pillar bug but most of the time it works pretty well and it's pretty fast on the normal roads once you start getting curve boost
i wasnt unsure what build to do, so i just did 2 cayos and bought 2 grangers one swat/army spec and another like DUB edition (just for fun, with the imani rc), and i really enjoy the end result of both
R* should change the CEO Vehicle category like Duneloader > Granger 3600LX, Sanchez > Shotaro, Bodhi > Jubilee, Karin > Noghtshark
Maybe not the Nightshark since it’s kinda OP if paired with sticky bombs and worse with quick spawn mechanics.
@@MsMissALot it’s already pretty easy if you put it in an MOC storage, so why bother putting in a nightshark? So that’s 2 armored vehicles that griefers or tryhards can share and 2x the effect of a normal Nightshark griefer. I appreciate your input but that’s gonna make it worse. We already have service vehicles that take 2x the explosives. I would like adding more ceo vehicles but i’m pretty sure cockstar is trying to make things right, like the Tuners DLC and Contract DLC which features slightly futuristic but reasonable tech. And they’re going in the right direction with lock on jammers somewhat military vehicles that should fit in fine with GTA. So yeah, i guess there is room for complaints.
I like to customized my cel vehicles because most are useless for pve prep and mission i do and major are useless for pvp freedom
@@marcel7803 i never been spawn trap by a nightshark with sticky bomb. I been killed by c4 nightshark but that end for them getting there c4 blow up by bullets
I like the car drive slow in it for some reason I even caught myself waiting at a red light it was funny but it’s probably perfect for any role play players

The Champion also has a bugged window where I’ve been shot out of multiple times while driving by people in auto-aim lobbies, not much of an issue in free aim but a patch for GTA will always be welcome
The same bug is on the Jubilee, with its B and C pillars, the Buffalo, with its C pillar, and the Deity, with the bottom of the windshield where the dash is visible
I don’t think the spots are as big on those vehicles though. I don’t recall getting shot through the windows on those from AI
@@GhillieMaster I’ve been shot thru the windows on the Jubilee many times. The Buffalo and Deity not as much. Test it out you might see it
This is by far my favorite rc agency car. Patriot is my favorite Imani tech.
One thing about the Granger 36k I was severely disappointed with was that the Snorkel doesn't function. I find GTA's mechanics behind drowning an engine based on where the exhaust is is frustrating.
The snorkel on the Squaddie works fine though. Even if you submerge the exhaust, it will still work.
Fun fact if you find the tractor on the main beach you can drive it fully submersed as the exhaust exits above the roof .

There's one MASSIVE oversight in this review. And that's the trolling potential this thing has. It can blend in with normal traffic. Slap on RC mode and just troll the fuck out of newbies. Gonna buy it just for that.
I had gotten home from work and got it right off the back when it first came out. I hadn't realized the pillers between the windows weren't doing anything against the bullets till a video I watched the other day. That and the fact this video showed it's slower than the humvee is disappointing, but I think it's still a cool vehicle and I'm still going to buy a second one to have set up all basic purely for trolling with the RC function like the buffalo. Looks close enough to a normal NPC car to fool players with 😂🤣

Alright so apparently is not the “police blue” hex code in the game files Does anyone know what color blue that unmarked cruiser is? Maybe it’s just a normal blue color but I’m gonna go find one on single player to see if I can match it Or maybe it’s the utility blue Well I tried more and it’s not utility blue or utility sea foam blue Also not utility midnight blue
Well I spent about 3 hours reloading gta and messing with colors so the best I can get is this HEX 081224 RGB 8,18,36 maybe it could be a little darker with a tiny bit more green and one or 2 less red or something but it’s pretty damn close Also I couldn’t find the pearlescent either so the closest I could get was diamond blue I don’t know why that specific blue cop color isn’t in my spreadsheets because It should have every color in the game Maybe it has a weird name or maybe it’s just ultra unique and nobody ever wanted it bad enough to find it I’m sure I could easily find it on pc with a mod menu but I don’t have a pc so if anyone could spawn in the blue “unmarked Cruiser” that looks like a stainer and tell me the color then I’d really appreciate it In any format RGB or HEX You can find it 100% of the time in the grass roots missions finale or whatever it is when Franklin goes to pick up the weed and there’s 2 unmarked cop cars But the blue one doesn’t spawn until you get the cops on you by shooting at the gray unmarked car Also sometimes when you deliver nightclub stuff the unmarked cruisers pop up
I also used a normal stainer as the car for testing the colors and I was even able to get a 1 to 1 time off day comparison so it’s about as close as you can get besides maybe Change those things I mentioned to make it a little bit lighter but a little bit darker Lighter color but darker in total just by a tiny bit though because it’s pretty much there I bet the only thing not making it look exactly like the cop car is because crew colors are “utility” colors which means they have a different look compared to classic and metallic and metals and matte Also different from the other hidden texture “worn” Also epsilon is its own texture too which is why you can never get the true epsilon look even if you copy the exact RGB because it’s epsilon colors on the utility texture not epsilon colors on the epsilon texture
Alright I’m happy with it without any changes I put it on the new granger with that white déclassé stripe right above the door and it looks exactly like a police car Black bull bars and rear bars Stripped hood Blue lights because you can use the break and reverse lights to make red white and blue if you spam the buttons First white pinstripe livery Black plastic crim- I mean wind deflector SA Exempt license plate Roll cage to attach equipment too Black roof rack also for traction Roof light bar Painted side step And to top it off chrome Rock Crawler wheels in the off-road section that look like some typical hub cap cop car wheels There’s probably a better choice but this seems good to me And all black windows of course
Out of all these cars I've been using the jubilee mgs are perfect for shooting npcs , players alike out of cars which is great for me liking the granger though in all honesty
When I tested the two Grangers the new one had better acceleration but the original had better top speed and won.
It sucks that the motorcycles and Baller ST won't have Imani Tech. R* doesn't make sense.
Is that confirmed? I figured they were holding out on the Tech upgrades til the proper release date.
No imani tech on the bikes was my biggest disappointment. I love riding bikes in gta.

@@sethnorn7236 yes, my 3 favorite bikes to ride are the Oppressor Mk1, the LCC Sanctus, and the Apocalypse Deathbike. @psychobeam99 yeah all the vehicles with tech have already been released unfortunately. To me the Reaver (Imani's personal bike) not having tech irritates me so much and the price of the Shinobi would make more sense if the tech could be added.

Mine has the RC control unit installed. The idea was to have a sort of RC Taxi that I can pick up my friends in. Think Delamain from Cyberpunk 2077.

I’m thinking about getting it , because I liked the old granger, but useless in feeemode PvP. But this this with Imani Tech could be fun. I’m loving the Jubille right or and this doesn’t look like it can be the Jubilee in any category…
Not only the Granger has this panel problem problem, a lot of armored cars do, the Jubilee suffers from this too, so I am pretty sure it will never get fixed

I used the granger for my heist finale in game. It was white with maxed stats.
WARNING: DONT BUY THIS CAR!! The new update has bugged this car visually, when you put the armour plating on, it only goes on one door, it removes all the trim and that includes grill and roof rakes. It also removes the area around the windows. I have no idea how they did this but the latest update has completely broken this car visually with the amour plating.
and on top of all this, it’s also just sick looking.

I love this vehicle If you keep the height Of the suspension normal You can hop out your vehicle using door and windows cover User explosive shotgun around and take a Target out when he's reloading
Now with the granger price increase I think the Patiot mil-spec is the cheapest option, so it might just be better to buy that if you're short on cash

I normally buy DLC vehicles when they get discounted. This though (and the other large SUVs) was an exception. I bought and tuned 7 SUVs, just to trigger the SUV haters, but it turns out they aren't so bad (with the exception of the Rancher XL, which is cool looking but so f... slow).
I bought but I rarely use it!! Is more a collector thing! Unfortunately I don't own every vehicles in game because there isn't enough garages to store them all! But I own (to me) all the best vehicles in game, all the pegasus vehicles, all the more expensive cars, planes and boats, in fact I once one the most rare vehicles in game but I was forced to sell some of them to store other vehicles! The only rare vehicles I own is the slam van lost mc and the gold and chrome dubsta, all the others are the most cool and expensive vehicles. Is my personal opinion/preference, I'm not saying I did the correct Choices but is what I like👍
Actually I’ve been shot through the A pillar on the Buffalo STX so they need to fix that too
They need to make armour increase weight in general and the larger vehicles need more mass.

This would have been an amazing vehicle if they would have released it in the first week of the dlc cause after the jubilee, well there is no better suv/truck for imani to modify, and considering last week was on discount for like 100k less on price, this feels like a big bitchslap on the face for everyone who was waiting for this truck. I would say stick to the jubilee if you already have it, and if not, just do another quick heist considering is double this week and get that instead.
Guys me and my friend that plays regularly for some reason can’t stock up on all the armour. So basically we can buy 10 heavy armour and then after that it says we’re full and can’t purchase more I’ve played 7 plus years and this has never happend I’m not seeing anyone cover it so was wondering if this is happening to anyone else?

Well now the other imani tech vehicles have the window issue. Got shot out of my Jubilee by am angry AI gang in grove street. (And they still havent fixed the CEO XLS windows. The standart version has bulletproof but the CEO summoned one doesnt)

All of them are cost effective except the Champion when it comes to the imani vehicles. I still recommend the GTX over this thing for the most part but I like them both.
The Buffalo still takes the cake for best vehicle in the update imo

To be honest I almost sold the Jubilee when this came out, mostly because as a car guy I kinda like a bulky GM style SUV over a vechicle inspired by something that was frowned upon by some fans of the brand when it was first announced. The passenger capacity was also a selling point, even though I don't get to drive with more than 3 players anymore ( many friends just quit GTA years ago).. As for the bug thanks for the heads up :D
The old granger is free actually, you can pick it up from the streets and put a tracker and insurance on it, lol
