Feast your eyes on this 👉kzhead.info/sun/f85xm7WxmoysjK8/bejne.html Not only are they great swimmers but a well documented kangaroo behavior is to As a defensive tactic, a larger kangaroo will often lead its pursuer into water i.e. dingos where, standing submerged to the chest, the kangaroo will drown the attacker under water. Fun fact: kangaroos are very aggressive, and they love to drown things. they sit in bodies of water and wait for something to walk by, and they will use surprise and their superior leg strength to force whatever they catch under the water, seemingly for no reason. This is why many golf courses in Australia have a few less water traps, as that’s where they usually are. Good thing that was just a joey.

I wanted to say the same thing. It also wasn't shaking hands. It was pulling the guy closer to disembowel him with his legs. Truly evil bastards
I know next to nothing about kangaroos, so I accepted (suspiciously) that he was being "saved" in 10 inches of water (was his foot stuck?), then came here looking for an explanation for how that makes sense. It doesn't.
Exactly
You don't know how long that kanga was stuck there, sometimes animals get too scared and confused and think they can't get out even if they can jump high, sorry but we didn't see anything before this video. I've seen another video of a bunch of foxes stuck in a deep ditch thinking they couldn't get themselves out and in the end one of them jumped up and got himself out lol it shows you how they can get scared and confused, a lot more than we humans do and physically they can't handle being scared as well as us they can have heart attacks from being frightened the poor babies.

I said to someone else but sometimes animals can get scared and confused then think they're stuck there despite how high they can jump, they totally misjudge their own abilities when they get too scared. We don't know how long it was stuck there so if it was stuck there for hours then it probs got scared and confused then thought it couldn't get out... it happens to all kinds of animals. We can't judge them by human standards because they're just a lot more innocent then we are and act a lot more on basic instincts so if they think they're stuck then they're stuck and need someone to save them otherwise they'll die there from starvation and dehydration.

Well said sir
well said Sir!!!
Jungle and forest life says otherwise. It says survival of the fittest where the strongest and the most intelligent wins, the other one dies, many times a cruel death. And that's where we humans are coming from too. Life is cruel, nature is cruel. Millions of animals are slaughtered on a daily basis by humans for food and for sport too. Millions of animals are killed and eaten by other predatory animlas on a daily basis. So stop with the 'we are here to look after every living creature and each other' bs. That's delusion, nature is another thing altogether. Having said that, I, like you, say Well Done to these lads for doing what they did.
The meaning of life is to be alive and to sustain our life through resource intake and expulsion which is the reason our body is completely designed around our mouth and anus. --- I don’t mean to sidetrack your question here, but who are all of these nosey people in your life? alot of dogs have died that way.
Waiting to see who would comment that lol
Oh, so it's more of a "well played", good sportsmanship handshake then.
This and also the way it "shook hands" is not a sign of thankfulness, its literally how kangaroos square up for a fight. Grab your hands, lean on their tail, kick the shit out of you.
"aww he's thanking ya!" * Kangaroo bites chunk out of arm * Yeah, we'll cut that bit
LOL!!!
They,re lucky the kangaroo didn't rip their guts out.
Glad they saved it. I've always admired kangaroos since the Arcade & Atari game in the 80's
That Aussie spirit 👍🍻💪
