Boston Scott needs at least a 4 year deal. So underrated. He really is sproles 2.0. I’ve said it for 3 years now. They need to utilize him properly and he is such a huge asset to the eagles. Him and sanders with hurts can be unstoppable

As an Eagles fan, I didn't know what to expect this season. But I damn sure knew we'd be a lot better than 3-14 like these so-called experts predicted. Nick Sirianni has done a fantastic in his rookie season as head coach and he coaches his team to a winning season to boot. He may not win Coach of the Year but he has my vote! Great win, Birds! Say what you want about their schedule..regardless when the schedule came out “experts” had us winning only 2-3 games this year..ya maybe we don’t make it past the wildcard round but what a year for Nick Sirianni and..thing is we’re still rebuilding..three first round picks this upcoming draft..future is bright!
I love the talent on the field but I think getting rid of Doug Pederson and his staff was one of the biggest mistakes in eagles franchise history. If Doug had this team (keep in mind, last 2 years he dealt w the injury plague, as we dealt with as fans), Eagles would be MINIMUM 10-5 if not better. No doubt. Sirianni is just not the guy. And so much talent on the field….

@callummacdonald I'm glad you mentions this. Before I read your comment and was just watching the highlight I had to hit replay many many times to watch that play. I just couldnt believe how strong that line is. I noticed kelce get lower than everyone else and starts the push. They pushed them guys back like children it wasnt even close. Its actually the best part of the hightlight to me. Damn them boys are strong lol.
As a lifelong Eagles fan, I still get a kick out of knowing that two of my current, favorite players in Philly are named “Dallas” and “Boston.” And they both played well today!

The Eagles in the 21st Century never stay bad for long. Since 2000, they've only had consecutive losing seasons once. But I have to say I didn't expect them to be 9-7 after that 2-5 start.

Yeah I would say this Hurts best game since that Broncos game. I liked how he threw people open which is what he has struggled with and he usually runs too early but it seemed like for the most part he stuck in the pocket in this game. It was a good game by Hurts today
Hurts has much potential, long way to go. He’s young, but w the right mentor he has the potential to be Vick mixed w Rodgers. He has a great composure which is not teachable . That is a huge trait of outstanding QBs

This game was such a definition of an emotional roller coaster , just absolutely crazy , but man give credit to the Philly Eagles , it was a major defensive game and that PICK ? That was just PHENOMENAL, that’s for sure outstanding and pick of the year

Maddox is probably one of my favorite players, big potential when he was on a dying team two years ago, and I hope he wouldn’t get cut like Rasul Douglas. Well, today, I think we can all agree he is a premier corner, and worth every penny of his contract earlier this season. Great job today defense, I love how gritty this team is.

This has to be one of the best single season turnarounds in franchise history. Last year, we were absolutely unwatchable with a QB that everyone hated. At the beginning of this season, we looked like a young and inexperienced team that was dead in the water. But Hurts started to shine, Sirianni changed his philosophy, the defense started to step up, and here we are now. Before this year, I didn’t expect playoffs in the slightest but it looks like that’s exactly what’s going to happen.

Impressed with his growth. He keeps getting better at passing and we got a star for awhile and I was not his biggest fan !

I'm a huge Eagles fan. But they won't be dangerous. They're beating teams they should be beating. And the wins aren't the best. Yes, a win is a win, but in the playoffs, those are playoff teams. So Eagles better step it up a notch on offense.

This season feels like we've won 13 games, and we have only won 9. It's crazy.

We gave away a few at the beginning of the season w horrendous play calling both offensively and defensively... I think we gave away the niners, and maybe one other one. Those and the giants game and we'd have 11 or 12 wins rn 🤔

End of this game almost gave me heart attack but thank God for that pick by McCloud. Thought we would of been up 20pts in first half but this was a close one. Never thought we would have a winning record this season based on how team started few months ago. Fly.Eagles.fly!!!
This was such a close game but I’m glad the Eagles got the win Scott had a good game with those touchdowns I’m glad Howard seems ok I can’t say enough about Elliot and how good he’s been this year Goedert not dropping a ball this time I’m glad he’s ok after falling over a bunch of stuff on the sidelines and the defense specifically Sweat with those sacks and McLeod with the game winning interception and Hurts looked good out there today all in all great win for the Eagles but now they need to play better against Dallas

Great division game with a lot on the line! Loved seeing the team keep heart when the chips were down. Hurts needs to watch those underneath RB wheel routes. They are almost always open and would make the defense more honest in their zone coverage. We have shifty fast RBs, so those 5-6 yard gains could break for more

The second hakf was complete domination by philadelphia. The last 2 minutes kind of worried but manged to pull it out. Going to be fun watching them in the playoffs hopefully.

I love sanders but his style isnt right for this team. Scott and Howard are quicker to the hole and fit the offense better
Sirianni costed us for 6 weeks. To be clear, dude looked like a total unqualified clown. But has made some nice adjustments since for a winning first year. Regardless of how easy the schedule was, this took some moxie

Thank God we won this! Although, once again this game shouldn't have been this close. The only reason the Not Red Skins had a chance is because of so many penalties and our not so great zone coverage. Not to mention, we keep forgetting we have a great run game until the second half.

the refs gave us way to many penalties while ignoring a number of washington's penalties that one against Dallas should've been called and the one on Maddox shouldn't have been a thing.

Great super team win you can tell the players fought hard and wanted this especially noticed the determined play from Scott, Hurts, Smith, Goedert, Kelce, Howard, Sweat, Cox, Hargrave, Edwards, Singleton and Ward need I say more they look like a team going to the playoffs and could be dangerous as they can win the close one's!
Siriani has grown on me alot over the year. Ive been an Eagles fan my whole life. And when they were sitting at 2-5 (I know its his first year), I just felt like he didn't have the demeanor or the experience to take the team anywhere this year. But I always felt like the players loved him. I felt the same way about Hurts. Ive always liked Hurts but felt like his passing game needed improvement. He played really well today, and has been playing pretty well these past few games. Im sold on this team as a unit. They have cohesion. They play hard and they don't give up. The coaching and play calling has improved alot on both sides of the ball, and it seems like Philly is hitting their stride the hardest at the best time. I won't be disappointed if they don't make a deep playoff run, but I did not expect them to be in the playoffs at all. So I'm just totally stoked to see them back in the play offs this year, let's go Birds 🎉

He's really improved in learning to succeed in the pocket over the course of the year. If this was hurts from week 6 or 7 he would have most likely ran. Part of that was him still not seeing the field well at all and him not being experienced in the system. Of course, he still has work but what he's shown is extremely encouraging

Imagine going 4-12 the previous year, admitting to everyone that this is an evaluation year, trade your star tight end to a contender, and still get a winning record while (removed: potentially) making the playoffs yourselves with a first year coach & true first year qb. The Eagles will go down as an average team, but objectively what they've been able to accomplish has been nothing short of remarkable.

"Maurice" the NFC east has two playoff teams and it's currently the second best division in NFC only behind the NFC west so your argument is irrelevant both the NFC South and NFC North are worse divisions then the NFC east this year.

I was at this game I felt so good at half just because we had been a second half team but Heineke looked like a beast in the first half made me have a new respect for how much better nfl players are than the average person

I was at this game yesterday. After that BS pass interference call on Maddox, the whole mood of the stadium changed. The crowd really stepped up and acted as the Eagles’ 12th man for the rest of the game.
