philly_ sports No it’s not. Anquan Bolden was also a QB in college and has become a borderline HOF wide receiver. Ward is making plays and deserves praise. He’s proven to be way better than Aghotrash

I've been a huge critic of Carson Wentz this year but I have to admit that he's stepped up big time and has been a great leader the last two weeks. He has to stop that fumbling crap though.

I've said it before and I'll say it again it's his wind up. Almost very time he gets stripped it's as he's winding up he goes under and over to throw where most qb go back and over to foward idk just a thought
No I don't think it's the wind up but the pocket presence. He doesn't seem to be aware of his surrounding but he is able to tell when he is holding on to the ball too long. That's usually when he starts to turn and cut back to the sidelines or he starts to try to throw that ball to anyone he could but he starts to hesitate. You could see it in this game when he would spin out when no one was near him and when he didn't even feel the defenders collapsing the pocket. All things to work on though, gotta love the guy though. Goes out there and always gives the team a chance to win it. First game against the Redskins and there was a drop pass in the endzone that would have made it a game winner. This time the ball was caught. Playoff hopes still alive. FlyEaglesFly
@@Voidsway yeah I still think that low wind-up has something to do with it in some of the fumbles if a Defender is coming or around the corner it's easier for him to extend his hand and just push it out I can call it almost every time and say watch he's going to hit it when his arm is coming under but yeah I'm sure that plays a part and hopefully he'll get that in check cus O don't think he's hit his full potential wich is scary

Carson Wentz is winning these games without his top three receivers and players from the practice squad. He doesn't even have his starting running back or his right tackle. So it may not be pretty but remember the offense is so banged up. All 32 teams are paid to play professional football and any of them can win

Howard clearly has more experience and he is a beast. Sanders can't run in between the tackles, break tackles or carry players with him like Howard. Howard is always falling forward. And those are the reasons why they brought him here. To do what sanders couldn't. And you can't judge a rb off of screen plays and catching the ball out of the backfield against linebackers either, cause all rb's can do that.

I took my nephew to this game for his first game. He's an Eagles fan and this game didn't disappoint. So many lead changes from the first Philly drive to the last Philly drive and a picture-perfect ending, all on a beautiful day that felt like mid-October.

eoe123321 It’s definitely laughable. Wentz biggest knock by casuals is his durability, yet he’s more durable than Foles. You say Foles is better with Dougie P, but that because Dougie simplifies the playbook with Foles. He should honestly do the same for Wentz, but Wentz had an MVP caliber season with Dougie P, so that’s laughable. Wentz is younger so has more years to play. Wentz is more mobile, so can extend plays. So many times I’ve seen him wrapped up, yet he escaped and scrambled for positive yardage. I could go on and on, but the decision to keep Wentz > Foles was a great one. Similar to keeping Rodgers > Favre. Young > Montana. Luck > Manning. The younger QB will keep you relevant for way longer.
