It's so astounding that you won't want to believe it because people have told you all it's egotistical to say that you're Rumi. Only a narcissist would claim that he's Rumi. You're imagining the entire fucking universe. What does that make you? That makes you Rumi. Reality is pure imagination. Tada.

    • The universe is a simulation similar to a computer but has the neural networks of a brain so it can be considered alive if you like, it's constantly dying in some areas and birthing new stars in other areas. It's always in a state of change. DNA life is just a computer program in the network, or a virus since it replicates itself, evolves, and hard to kill once it takes root.

  • The best analogy we have to understand this concept is the dream. Every time we dream we “simulate” an entire reality with our minds. These worlds we create with each dream are all unique with storylines, and often have characters unknown to us in our waking lives. This entire reality we live in is a “simulation of the mind” in the same way a dream is, only on a higher fractal level.

  • I have thought about this concept my entire life. I've never shared it with anyone because I didn't want them to think I went batsht crazy. But I've always thought there is something very peculiar about the Universe in which we live. There are just too many coincidences and similar symatries to be a physical creation. The shape of our nervous system with similarities against the Laniakea Superstructure, the fact that light even exists is odd if you truely think about the nature of it. Why does light exist? Why are we even able to sense our surroundings at all? It's all a mystery that is so far beyond what physics and modern science tells us that the human mind just cannot comprehend it's meaning. This is how I think of the Universe and all matter that occupies it. (Remember....this is MY personal take on it, I am not speaking for you or anyone else before you start on me, ok?) 😄

    • Interesting. I wouldn’t say I believe or don’t believe; rather I have pondered on the concept for a while. It mainly started with me realizing how the earth, in a way, cleanses itself the way our body does. We get a disease, our immune system fights it off. The earth gets a disease, i.e. us causing global warming, there’s significantly more major storms and a lot of our “progress” that gets taken out. Of course there’s a lot of major civilizations that have been wiped out due to many different reasons. I just feel like the earth is constantly changing but it remains earth until it eventually dies. And that’s just a tiny fragment of the whole universe… almost like a single cell in our body. I’m fascinated by the topic, but knowing there’s a high chance we will never know the truth in this physical form, it just reminds me to make the best and try to enjoy each day I get. Nothing but love *edit: Now that I remembered I felt the urge to share it. Ever since I watched the move “Osmosis Jones” in high school freshman year biology class, it sparked that thought in me. Having another universe living within us keeping us alive in a way. Like I said, obviously I know this is all speculation but I do love some brain candy!

  • I have thought about the similarity in the past and have my own opinion about it lol We are products of the same materials which make stars. Now, when I read about the Einstein then I realised something - his work was mostly based on deducing what's happening around him. Imo, universe is not within our mind but its that the realities and nuances of the universe manifest around us and within us as we are it's ultimate creation - living being with consciousness made up of same materials. I always feel that the answer to the mysteries of the universe lies in understanding ourselves and our surroundings. All we need is time and patience and universe will resolve itself.

  • Oh my! I remember back in 2014. Was the 1st time I learned about Laniakea & I kept coming across videos on youtube about it. And there was a picture where everything was divided into black & red. And as looked it was almost as if I was looking at the right & left hemisphere of the brain. And remember talking to a friend about it & she looked at me weird. I am an educated, high school dropout. I am still un-educated. But l've got to say, there is something quite amazingly beautiful that happens after you've accumulated a good few decades, to observe, time & time & again, just how right I had been. Ideas, innovations, seeing connections between events, situations, prediction outcomes of stuff. And being spot on. I remember, Oprah Winfrey, saying decades ago, make a habit of writing your ideas down. And I've done so for a while. And usually within years, I see the products come out & stuff like. Wanting something bad when I move to a new country, and within a year or two, they start selling it everywhere. Seeing presidents, relationship, & making my own silly predictions & being spot on. And I've got no psychic ability at all. I don't what that is, but I have something, things are just obvious to me. I'm just gonna start betting on stuff & make loads of money. I just couldn't before that's why I write things down, but now that I am free. Ah! There is something glorious about finding validation & knowing I'm not coocoo, because it's been rather painful to constantly being made to feel weird for this.

  • This is something that has always aroused my curiosity. How does the earth know to protect its inhabitants? The earth doesn’t need a magnetic field to survive. The earth doesn’t need water, air or an atmosphere to survive , its inhabitants do. The earth has mechanisms in place to protect all living things on earth. But the earth doesn’t need these things to exist. The earth provides us with everything that we need. Sound familiar. Isn’t it interesting how our description of God sounds similar to what the earth does. Going to heaven is up. We look up to the sun to provide us with energy and warmth. Our description of hades resembles the earth’s core. I’m not debating religion or the existence of God, I’m just pointing out how some of our references to God and religion resembles what the earth does. Those who say we’re destroying the earth are wrong. We need the earth , the earth doesn’t need us. We are simply destroying the means for which the earth provides for us. The earth has a balance which helps protects its inhabitants. I don’t know if it’s man made or the natural forces of nature but one thing I do believe, if the balance of nature is offset, the earth will correct that balance and how it does that nobody knows.

  • Thank you for this presentation. The question that comes to mind for me is that if humanity can devolve into a lesser class of being as this video suggests, could humanity also evolve into a greater class of being? Does humanity have a choice here? Here is an excerpt from the writings of Marshall Vian Summers on the mental environment: "You live in a mental environment as well as a physical one. The mental environment is generated by forces and thoughtforms generated by thinking beings everywhere. You have experienced this. You experience it every day. Walk into any house, any building, any place where people are congregated and you will experience the environment... that is created through the predominating thoughts and interactions of the people who dwell there. Become sensitive to your environment. Feel it wherever you go...This is an essential part of your preparation for the Greater Community,* where the emphasis on control of the mental environment has been developed to a far greater degree than is apparent in your world." Marshall goes on to say that we can develop our awareness and our capability in the mental environment by asking questions such as: "Is this the right place for me to be? If it is the right place, then you must begin to learn about where you are. How does it feel? What are the characteristics? What are the prevailing notions, ideas or sentiments that exist there? What do they motivate in you? Do they encourage you, discourage you, make you feel stronger, make you feel weaker, dissipate your energy or charge your energy?" As you learn to operate consciously in the mental environment, you can "deepen your understanding and gain new skill and authority in your life." (MVS, Steps to Knowledge) (*the vast physical universe into which humanity is emerging which contains intelligent life in countless manifestations and stages of evolution)

If we're conscious, that means the universe is conscious, because if you think about it what we are doing and thinking is what the universe is doing and we're made of it. It all goes in tact. Transformations of energy. We're not seperate, we are the entire thing.

  • However, similarities stop there. The human brain as a part of a human body follows the rules of homeostasis which keeps the temperature inside the skull at about 36.1- 37.2 C which in turn allows the neuronal network function efficiently. Higher or lower temperatures hinder the brains ability function properly and ⨦5 C temperatures can kill neurons, neuronal extensions and synapses. And of course the homeostasis is not the case with cosmos. The temperature of different structural parts of cosmos, which is by the way expanding, varies and ranges from -273 C to millions of degrees in Celsius. These are extreme temperatures which hard to believe are controlled by some monstrous general homeostasis of the universe. And also what does it mean living in someone's mind? Does it mean we all are some sort of chimera, mirage or fiction thoughts presiding in someone's mind or we actually live in someone's brain? As I gathered from the video we actually must be physically living in someone's brain otherwise why would the author compare the human brain to the cosmos's so called network structure anyway?

  • It’s fun to think of it that way but there’s so much evidence on the contrary: 1. The universe is not static and galaxies are moving further apart, it may look like a cosmic web now but everything is still moving away from each other. 2. The cosmic web has not existed for as long as the universe, given after the Big Bang everything was pretty much one big soup, nor will it exist for much longer in the universe’s future. 3. Matter itself will eventually cease to exist and the only thing in the universe will be photons. In human timescales there can be similarities drawn between neurons and the universe, but this is fleeting on the timescale of the universe. Also, consciousness requires electrical signals from the electric field, the same electric field that is everywhere in the universe. So it would make sense to see structural similarities across such vast scales, given the electric field is literally everywhere, whether it be big or small. The same effects can be found in nature, and they are called constants. For example, growth on a tree, water flow and population growth can all be described by a single equation. It’s more likely that our brain structure is influenced by a constant of the universe we haven’t discovered yet.
