He has the ability to break me and heal me simultaneously. ❤ I discovered Dimash during the height of my health battle and I had been bed bound for 4 years. My marriage was collapsing and I was grieving the person I used to be. Dimash saved my life. He saved my sanity. He lifted my depression. He saved my soul and gave me hope. My love for him is eternal and my gratitude is never ending. And just when I thought I couldn't love him any more, he does THIS. This is the most personal song I've ever heard in my entire life. Dimash puts so much feelings into this song that I don't think he can sing it live yet without crying. I’m 78 year old U.K. lady. Been to three overseas concerts. In my spare room, I have my Dimash t-shirt, a fridge magnet, a cd and a Dimash birthday card. It’s my little ‘shrine’ ha ha. I discovered Dimash 2017. Lockdowns through covid, made it easy to watch Dimash every day for ages. I’m sure listening to his music helped us get through it all.
I found Dimash by accident last Oct 22. I like many others i guess, was feeling defeated and deflated after the chaos of the previous two years and honestly my joy was gone. I had found my “ happy “ again through art, but my “ joy” was gone. After hearing his angelic voice for the first time I began to feel my spirit lift. He sang my soul awake and gave me back my joy in life. He is sent to each of us to make us love and live and fall inlove with him. He is truely a gift from the heavens and I give thanks for him every day. I often wonder if he knows how much he effects each of us and this song today on his birthday has proven that he does. Dimash wrote the lyrics for this one (he usually uses a lyricist). And he composed the music of course. On his IG he wrote : "Every year you make the coolest gifts for my day birth and in turn accept this musical gift as a token of my gratitude to you for your love." The *billboard in Times Square with images of him is a gift from Dears* , it`s from May 24th this year, hours ago, and he managed to cram a snapshot of that into his video hours before releasing it. How cool is that ? 🤯 P.S. Dear Debbie, you should know that your approval (and ours) is waiting in line after Allah, Dimash`s grandparents, parents too, and Dimash`s own ideas about a partner. A long line 😁 Maybe too long already. Sometimes I think that line should be shortened a bit, down to God and Dimash`s heart maybe. :))
If Dimash sings in his native tongue, his whole heart is in it every time. When you do Daididau from Bastau and then New York, you just see his heart on full display. Yes, your reactions are so much fun. We are just glad we are justified by sitting her and fan girling over Dimash at our age. He caught you too! My daughter bought me a Dimash throw and had me a Dimash coffee cup made ( not for use other than looking at it) and I have an autographed Dimash poster from his 2021 digital concert hanging on the wall. My husband just shakes his head but he likes Dimash also. My son was so impressed he was sending my daughter in law videos from New York and told me he would be willing to travel to Kazakhstan to see him. Sadly when Dimash had his concert in Kazakhstan my son and daughter in law were in Iceland.

I’m completely with you! I was never this fan girl as a teenager- I trained as a classical musician during my youth and admired classical musicians (met Yo yo Ma when I was a teenager), but I didn’t get signed posters from any singers (I have a signed poster of Dimash’s digital concert hanging in my office space at home!). Isn’t this a gorgeous melody? Third time hearing this today! I swear the only other dear in my home is the cat - she has the decency to come when I listen to Dimash…. At almost 53, I've begun to understand women's swooning reactions to Elvis back in the day. Except Dimash is stratospherically more talented. And, well, I don't have to tell you all the other amazing things about him! Debbie, I’ve watched this 50 times. Dimash’s voice is so gentle and sweet. I’ve cried with you and all the Dears so many times. He is such a beautiful young man. In my 78 years i have never followed a performer…until Dimash. You mentioned health issues. Five years ago I had a failed back surgery. Not only did the surgery not work but it caused nerve damage in my legs and feet. That’s when I discovered Dimash. He was the reason to got up in the morning. After the surgery, I woke up a different person…and not in a good way. There are so many stories from the Dears about Dimash helping them through hard times. Love your crazy comments. I love to laugh…and cry, following Dimash’s journey. I’m so happy I’m alive to see such an amazing young man. Not to mention the most amazing singer/performer in the world. Thank you for a beautiful reaction video. Everything you say is true, he brings out so many emotions in those who are touched by him. He brings up all the emotions under the surface, and that's why he heals - by making us cry and laugh from beauty, from grief, from gratitude, everything. He has a special gift of reaching all the way into the heart with his voice, and with his personality. Sometimes it's a fulltime job to stay sane, just from the sheer overload of emotion. The way he has helped so many re-ignite passion for life is incredible. The way he's been inspiring people all over the world for many years now. A guy in his 20's!! There is magic in him, but there is magic in all of us. It's the combination of both that creates this beautiful storm, and ultimately beautiful peace in the heart. To know that a person like him exists in this world , and to know that it is possible to love a complete stranger with this much passion and purity is simply life-affirming and something I never knew before and couldn't have imagined. (I say purity, because I love him unconditionally. I expect nothing from him, I am just grateful for everything he does and is. I don't manage to feel that even about my own family. Now, he'd be horrified to hear that, but, thankfully he'll never have to :D) I don' think he can never understand how he makes some of us feel. I understand fully the draw to Dimash. I'm 53 and am for the first time fan-girling. I have to hear him right before sleep, his voice is my medicine. We are allowed to have a favorite singer, even at our age. this is the most touching song, the visuals are breathtaking and allow us to all see a glimpse into his life.
