    • And according to you is according to everyone else as you're brainwashed byond belief! Why would you want to wear trousers with gigantic holes, or/and so low that one could see most of your underwear ( luckily this is almost dead now) or put huge holes in your ears. Would you do these things if you were the only person on this planet? No!.You do it for others and you do it because they do it . .. And this is true across every aspect of our lives. Just look around you house... I know you'll agree. We never really think about things like that, do we.? Sorry for this message, I can't sleep... I'll try again. Won't count sheep. Now, I am the President of a corporation I built, managing 3 daycare centers I founded, bought 2 commercial properties, a second home for my daughter, and a 3 acres land with a beautiful creek running along it of which I am putting a 4 bedroom log cabin vacation home for my family next summer. From a single mom who worked at gas stations and factory 10 years ago to a successful entrepreneur. All because I visualized my life for the next 10 years, exactly 10 years ago. I remember that I had to take the biggest step in my life when I invested my last income with a specialist trader who works with a Forex trading company. It may seem little, but it took courage to know that investing was the right thing to do at that moment. Today, my small investment of just $ 700 raised more than $ 120,000. • NOTES: Visualization w/ feeling is the key to attaining our goal & reprogramming our mind. Visualize the end result. See yourself in the scenario of having achieved your goal (goals). 1) Close your eyes. Have a specific picture of how your life will improve. 2) Constantly feel the feeling of how it would feel when you attain this goal. 2) Combine visualizing & feeling. 3) The more you do this everyday when you wake up-- simply visualizing improves the skills. Visualizing builds skills. 4) You are reprogramming your brain. 5) You change your life. 6) Go through all the goals you set. Every morning you will visualize your goal. How does it feel to achieve this goal? 7) You are training your reticular system in doing this. You reticular system will start spotting opportunities to help you achieve your goal.

So no matter what you tried did not work. It's like trying to open the lock with the wrong key. You keep trying other keys that are wrong and look now there is more evidence you can't do visualizations. You are trying your best and it is getting worse, not better. You see how that plays out. I finally have the right dam key. And the very first thing I am reprograming is I am a master at visualization. And doing it from an open lock that was opened with the correct key. Understanding about this filter system called the Reticular activation system.

I thought it was a time that you think about life, work, goals, relationships etc. But meditating is about clearing your mind, not think of anything. And one thing that helped me was breathing techniques. That way my mind can stop thinking so much and focus on just breathing. I made a video on my channel ab it. “Alien morning Routine” check it out. I’ll do more of these videos, also mental health, anxiety, depression etc. Stay positive and focus, by searching and trying like you have you will find the perfect balance for you. • @@user-ik2lk8sg1e I experienced the same thing at first. I personally made two changes that made my meditative experiences go from poor to exceedingly good (feels almost essential now) . 1. The flow: What I think was most detrimental for me atleast was that I always seemed to MANIPULATE my breath during meditation. Once I started just following my breath things became much easier. It is like sitting watching the waves of the ocean, you don't manipulate the waves, all you do is observe. In other words, I think it is essential that you don't sit and breath in manually, just watch yourself as you breath in and out, one breath at a time. 2. One breath at a time: I also felt a bit stressed out when meditating for extended periods of time, like if I was going to meditate for 20 minutes I felt like it was a jour. One way to overcome this I think is just setting a timer at 20 minutes or something and just focus all one's attention and concentration onto the current breath, taking a breath at a time. I personally think that sometimes a few minutes of meditation where you are deeply focusing on one single breath is worth much more than just sitting for 20 minutes and meditating poorly. Futhermore I think that focusing at ONE breath at a time can lead to much deeper concentration and once you lose yourself in concentration, meditating deeply for 20 minutes becomes easy. You litterally lose yourself in time. I advise you to have a journal of your meditative experiences. Maybe you do something good that works for you and you can just write it down, or on the contrary the meditation session is bad and then you can just avoid doing the same thing in the future.

Cherry picking science out of its research context isn’t proof of anything but your desire to be right. Much mental anguish is, I admit, from personal experience, due to those who surround you, especially those who leech off of you dumping their issues on you to then walk away and appear a success. True friends can be counted on one hand. Don’t fall for the delusions of success bringing happiness. It’s not the solution.

I have done visualization before, but not enough to make it a daily, regular habit. It doesn’t work as well when you just do it occasionally - it has to be every.single.day. Simple, straightforward, no BS, easy to understand language in this video. 👍🏼

When I was a firefighter and before I knew or had heard about “brain training”, I used to think of different scenarios involving different types of fires and the sometimes unforeseen troubles that I might encounter and how I would react. Quite a few times I encountered the same situations in real life that I had imagined and I reacted just as I had trained in my mind. If you want to be a millionaire, then act like one, think like one, and work like one. Great motivation! Another one to hopefully inspire people is our success story. Maybe you guys might have seen me on other videos but anytime I write a comment, I always tell my story with it so people know why I am saying what I am saying :) - also to keep inspiring other people because for me, reading other people's success journey is so motivating. :) We own a cookie shop business in our college town. When we first started it, we were living in our car with very little direction, just a huge passion to be successful. We just graduated college as well. We started a cookie shop out of a local bagel shop in their off hours at night. We were living in our car in the parking lot of the shop at the time with my boyfriend, Bran. It was a crazy experience but it worked! We became a success! And how we have our first storefront location (a second launching soon!) We started it to fund a year long backpacking trip around the world and to be successful while living the life of our dreams.

There is also such a thing as working smart over working hard. I could have been smarter. When I modified the approach to fit my work outside of flying it worked. Again working smarter is better than working hard. Outside of flying my approach resembled that in the video-sometimes in bed sometimes at my desk.

This requires suppression of a brain function called the Visual Occular reflex which when set to default it tracks items as they come toward you, and you mist suppress that reflex to not visually track those times. If your brain is occupied focusing on where you don’t want to be then there is no room/bandwidth to focus on where you want to go.

    • she's not talking about daydreaming but about the visualization of your goals. For example, I am a site developer. I want to create 3 sites for customers and place them on my site. This is my goal. If I visualize my site in my mind for 30 days, my brain will be tricked into believing that this is a real event happening over and over again. So, the brain will not freak out whenever I need to take actual steps toward the goal. And why would the brain freak out? Because the brain is a machine conserving the energy. All you need to do - as per the nature's laws - is make kids and... that's it. You can actually make kids and then die. The average life expectancy in Jesus times was around 35 years. I am 33. I have 2 more years and then I am done...
