3 ingredients last-Minute dessert, in just 3 minutes ! no oven , no condensed milk ,no gelatin! surprise you family !
ingredients :
2 and 1/2 cups of condensed milk (800ml)
3/4 cup of lemon juice (180 ml)
250g of cinnamon cookies
enjoy it !

    • It's not 3 hours of prep. It needs to chill. It's just a typical icebox cake and they all require a long chill time to set. The thumbnail is a bit misleading as it's not ready to eat in minutes but you should try it. It's a really delicious treat. You don't have to use the pastry bag either. I just spoon the cream mixture.

    • The title is an outright lie. It would take a lot longer than 5 minutes just to get 3/4 cup of juice from fresh lemons and to assemble the dessert. With 3-4 hours of chilling time, no way is this a "last minute" dessert.
