No oven! How come I didn't know this recipe before! Very soft and easy

150 ml warm milk
35 grams of sugar
5 grams of instant yeast
1 egg
1 tablespoon cooking oil
325 grams of bread flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
15 grams of butter
caster sugar
Nutella
