Ingredients:
Shrimps, 1/2 kilo
Cornstarch(for dredging)
Oil(for deep-frying)
Batter:
Ice-cold Water, 200ml.
Egg, 1 pc.
All-purpose Flour, 1 cup
Ginisa Flavor Mix, 1 tsp.
Ground Black Pepper, 1/4 tsp.
Sauce: (Not the typical tempura sauce)
Calamansi (Native Lemon) Juice, 1 Tbsp.
Soy Sauce, 2 Tbsp.
Brown Sugar, 1 Tbsp. (*1 tsp. lang ang nakalagay sa video)
Sesame Oil, 1 tsp.

I think it's not really necessary to remove that black thingy on shrimp cause when it's cooked, its germs get killed. Unless if you eat it raw. You have to get rid of that.

Yong all Purpose flour po ba mga 1cup na kasi falang 1|2 cup

Hi Jocelyn, yes, dalawang 1/2 cup (1/2 lang ang size ng red cup na ginamit ko sa video), bale 1 cup all purpose flour in total para sa batter kasama na ang ginisa and pepper. Thanks
