this is the best tempura tutorial I've ever seen. that technique with the crumbs is what I've been looking for because I always have a hard time sticking the crumbs to the shrimp.

i am from the UK , what type of flour did you use? - is cake flour the same as PLAIN flour or SELF RAISING flour? - is All purpose flour the same as PLAIN flour or SELF RAISING flour?

@@ibriza6891 in Sainsbury, UK YOU GET THE PREMIUM PLAIN FLOUR I find that a lovely light flour almost like cake flour which you don't get in the UK but try the premium range. Great for cakes. Hope that helps
