    • Hi Nancy, initially (the first few days), I was exercising for 30 minutes a day, but because I work from home and barely move around and am aiming so see substantial changes by Day 90, I had to start doing it twice a day and started seeing its effect from day 7. In addition to this, I drink ginger and lemon drink every morning. Today is day 30, and I have lost 1.5 inches on my waist and stomach and 0.5 inches on my hip. I hope that helps.
