  • This is why it annoys me when people say Mahomes is the greatest talent of throwing the football ever. Yes he is talented but until he does this for as long as Rodgers and as accurate, then Rodgers still is the greatest TALENT in throwing the ball.

    @wingadept8793@wingadept87933 жыл бұрын
    • Mahomes doesn’t even come close to making these throws especially routinely. His receivers are generally wide open and Mahomes doesn’t have the footwork to dance around a broken pocket or evading multiple defenders meanwhile maintaining balance and keep his body squared towards his receiver. Not to mention Mahomes doesn’t even have the accuracy to make these throws anyways. Rodgers is better by a lot.

  • I don't understand how NFC North fans handle playing Rodgers twice a year. It's absolutely absurd that he attempts these kinds of throws and still has *by far* the best TD/INT ratio in NFL history. No other player ever made it to 300 career TDs before having 100 INTs; Rodgers is at 422 career TDs and STILL hasn't thrown 100 picks. No doubt in my mind Rodgers is the GOAT.

  • Rodgers has the strongest arm. He held the record for the longest throw in a game at 74. But Josh Allen is definitely 2nd. Rodgers has great throwing accuracy, and the highest passer rating of all time. He had the highest qb rating this year and the most passing tds. He also won MVP. Rodgers has the greatest accuracy ever. He should be the best throw of the ball of all time. Brady is called the “GOAT” but he’s old. Rodgers has a lot of hail marys. He has 4. Aaron Rodgers is called the “Hail Mary King” but he should get “GOAT Thrower” or something like that. But I think he’s the best player the Packers ever had even better than Brett Farve and Bartt Star. He also the best qb rn better than Mahomes, Brady, Allen. He also got the best throwing accuracy this season. I’m definitely going with my favorite football player Aaron. He has GOAT mechanics. Aaron rodgers the the greatest arm strength.

  • The biggest criticism of this is it shows just how poor the Greenbay O-line has been for a very long time, the fact that Rodgers even has to make the escapes that he does is probably the reason he hasn't won more super bowls, you'll get away with it more during the regular season against the average team, but come playoff time against the top defenses you can't survive having an O-line that collapses so easily.

    • From a pure talent standpoint, Rodgers is undoubtedly better. However, Brady will always be the most accomplished and technically sound QB to ever play the game.

    • @@john12892 so if Rodgers was in Brady’s situation he would’ve won just as many or more Super Bowls. If I’m the fastest man in the world but I’m on a slow relay team, someone who wins more on a faster team isn’t magically better or faster.

      @tejjy25@tejjy252 жыл бұрын
    • @@tejjy25 Those two scenarios really do not relate. QB's can elevate their team, as a football team should play as a whole (at the same time) not individual sums. Also, I think you're confusing what I said earlier. I said that Rodgers is a better talent than Brady, but Brady is a more technically sound QB and has more intrinsic values (Football IQ, staying cool in tense situations, etc.). To answer your question about if Rodgers were in Brady's situation, would he have more Superbowl wins? If Rodgers was on a Bill Belichick coached team, he would probably have more than one Superbowl win.... but probably not six.

    • @@john12892 I’d like to know how Brady is more “technically sound” when he turns the ball over way more than Rodgers. And Brady has a lower playoff passer rating than mark Sanchez, Mitch trubisky, and Blake bortles.

      @tejjy25@tejjy252 жыл бұрын
    • @@tejjy25 He's more technically sound because his mechanics are great and his ability to read a defense is stout. Brady has routinely beaten better (if not, some of the best defenses) of the last twenty years, including the Ravens (2000-2010), the Steelers (2002-2012), the LOB in the SB, The Rams both times, and the Colts when they were a thing in the early 2000s,. Brady also beat the "unstoppable" Chiefs in last year's Superbowl with what looked like little effort. Rodgers, however, really cannot beat any good defenses (or teams, for that matter), which is why he always gets destroyed by teams like the 2012 49ers, the LOB, the 2015 Denver Broncos, 2016 Falcons, etc. Rodgers is a very good QB and very talented, but he is not Brady. No one is Brady except Brady.
