I love your style, etiquette, strength, mindset, and really everything about you. You're such an integral part of the sport and I'm glad to see your passion through every meetup and youtube video you provide us :) I'm just curious though, when you beat pushkar,Todd, and Bagent through the years of 2006-2013, how do you compare yourself now to then in terms of strength. I know you switch your routine up regularly but I wasn't sure if you still did any similar lifts or have a different metric you can use to compare your strengths. I know you used to do some crazy weight with the 200lb+ dumbbells where you would hold them and get a crazy eccentric lift. Those matches were so amazing I'd love to hear how you rate yourself from now vs. then if you do any of the same lifts. Much love, stay safe and rona free

Mr. Larratt- thanks for all the great videos. I stumbled onto your videos by looking for grip strength work. I then began watching armwrestling and became a fan. If you have time to answer I have a few questions for you. I've struggled for years with tennis and golfers elbow. I've been doing the rising and pronation work like you show here that I learned from you awhile back. I use resistance bands and my cable set up. I've been doing higher reps only and building up slow with reps between 15-30 per set. For someone that doesn't plan on arm wrestling regularly would you suggest just staying with higher reps or hitting more lower rep work? I had thought about using the statics for the real power work instead of doing reps. I know thats a lot but I'd like to hear your ideas for folks that want to get the growth and power using these but avoiding old nagging injuries. Thanks for your time and any input.

This man does more than any other armwrestler does for the sport.Definitely the GOAT in my opinion
No other armwrestler has the patience with the fans, the charisma, the courage to explain and reveal his secrets and to generally just be interesting and to put on a show, when doing a rather simple seeming martial art sport of armwrestling, like Devon has. He is the Micheal Jordan of armwrestling.
John brzenk is the goat.
The Goat in terms of charisma.

Devon, thanks so much for sharing these exercises. I'm a climber and martial artist. Been suffering elbow pains for months. The supination exercise you showed Larry Wheels for when he gets lit up alleviated that pain after one set. I'm doing that a few times a week now for 3 x 20. Again, much appreciated, my man. Peace.
Could you point me to that video, and if ya could a time stamp? I overworked the hell outta my elbow and its been flaring after even a light set since.

@@dollynhoseuamiguinho1340 though I should say anyone wanting to try it should watch Devon perform it like a minute before the time stamp. Larry doesn't quite have the form down. It's more of a anti-pronation wrist flexion exercise than a supination.

Hi Devon, huge fan of yours. You are awesome and the reason I watch arm wrestling. Such a humble guy and an inspiration to many.
I mixed these three exercise with my weighted pull up routine. Almost every day i do 2 sets of each of these and a few sets of weighted pullups. My forearms are so dense now its insane. He speaks the truth follow No Limits larratt

How to add arm wrestling training to workout routine
@@krishsharma9949 Here is how you do it; Let's say you are hitting push day after your 1st set of bench presses do rising while resting so you will save time and train your forearms and your workout routine together. eg. 1s set bench press 1st set rising take a rest 2nd set of the bench press then 2nd set of rising ...

Devon, I've followed you for a few years now even before all the awesome collabs and exposure you've done for yourself and the sport of armwrestling.

Wow
So happy that your posting videos like this again.
These lifts are beneficial in so many ways, thanks champ!
