  • This man is a genius when it comes to visual sense of scale and proportion. It is stunning that everything fit so well when made by hand with so little measuring in the methodology. His eye for detail and his understanding of motorcycle construction is truly impressive. Few people would ever attempt this, let alone do it so stunningly well.

    • The clickbait aspect. Sure it really cool and exceeds the average person but the 3D pen aspect is why allot of people clicked and they feel lied to with how little it actually has to do with the final product.

      @thefluffyneko4450@thefluffyneko44504 жыл бұрын
    • Probably because it basically has nothing to do with the 3D pen. Don't get me wrong, this is outstanding craftsmanship. But he simply doesn't use the 3D Pen as a 3D Pen. Hes squirting blobs of filament onto the table or into forming tubes and then, very skillfully, carves and melts and grinds them into the actual product. There is basically no point in using a 3D pen for this, he could just use straight up blocks of plastic or melt blobs of filament with a lighter and would end up with the same project. Ergo... Clickbait.

      @Renuclous@Renuclous4 жыл бұрын
  • I'm very glad you enjoy your method and get such nice results with it because within the first 2 minutes I could see it is something I would find incredibly tedious. Nice work! Correction: It is *insane* the amount of effort and detail you put into this one model. I can only imagine the number of hours you had to spend on this. You essentially built from scratch every single part of a motorcycle except for interior engine and transmission parts...including working headlamp, steering, etc. I couldn't believe it when I saw you were making a battery and even had decals for the battery. My vision is pretty good but I think I might go blind and insane doing all that you did to create this. I'm not much of a motorcycle person but I have worked with miniatures in the past, but they were models I only had to assemble and paint; not create every single part from scratch. Brilliant!

Gracias.

  • This is absolutely stunning, the mastery of the material is perfection itself. The 3D pen is clearly involved in the process but I think this maestro could have achieved the same incredible result without even switching it on! The many techniques to turn filament pieces into different shapes (using the oven, for example) mean that the 3D pen is just a convenience in this process and not really essential. Bravo!
