The foot rail around the bar was a steam pipe so the fish mongers could warm their feet while at the bar. • I went to Saga with my mom 6 months ago. It was the worst Michelin star restaurant I’ve been to. They served us liquid nitrogen frozen foie gras pâté with pickle cantaloupe balls as one of the dishes, it was genuinely nasty eating cold fat that just coated your tongue. The dishes were overall mid quality for the crazy price point.

  • 3:04 Sun Feb 18 2024 Good Morning Sonny and crew. From Gilbert Arizona USA 🇺🇸. Wow such an amazing 🎥 video seeing all of the fish 🐟 at the fish 🐟 market. The chef was really cool with Sonny to cook up his 🐟 in several different ways. Plus he had additional fish 🐟 to cook. And the chef did not disappoint. This Greek chef is absolutely amazing and the fish 🐟 looked amazing 🤩. The chef at Saga in New York is just absolutely amazing. The tasting menu was amazing. I guess if you have the extra money, I think that it would be worth it. The chef has a great personality. Until your next 🎥 video. Loving your videos. Have Healthy Blessings and Happy Adventures always until your next video.😊 20:36
