  • I’ve had my moments recently where I wish much of the drama didn’t have to happen, I’ve been a Packer fan since the 80s and have lived through a lot. One thing has never been lost on me though, just how truly special Rodgers is. There are a bunch of haters out there that have lost sight of what he can do on the field. Many of those haters are still angry about a certain shot he didn’t get even though the CDC has debunked the shot entirely. Consider something for a second… Favre threw less Tuds and 234 more ints. I’ll give you a moment to let that sink in. 234 MORE ints than Rodgers. For all of Favre’s “greatness” the best squad on those teams was always the Defense. Aaron has had to do more with far less around him in all aspects of the game and yet we have videos like this. The man is going to retire soon and it’ll be a sad day for me. I’m a grown ass man that will shed a tear or two. People need to give Aaron the respect and adulation he deserves

    @sputnikalgrim@sputnikalgrim Жыл бұрын
    • I couldn't care less if he takes the vaccine or not. What bothers me about Aaron is his arrogance and attitude. In his eyes, he can NEVER make a mistake and the finger pointing is always on someone else. A good leader will always take the brunt. E.g. When Eli Manning lost, he took the podium and the questions. When he won, he let his team take the podium. That's a true leader. May not have the stats, etc, but he was a LEADER. The older Aaron gets, the more arrogant he becomes and it's such a monster turn off for me that I'd rather him retire and take a miracle shot at Jordan Love.

      @lilTULER@lilTULER Жыл бұрын
    • @@lilTULER Yeah he takes blame all the time. If you actually watch his entire interviews, he says that he needs to play better, along with the rest of the team as well. I think he's just trying to instill self-accountability in the younger players that are on the field every week. That's why he mentions mental mistakes and things of that nature. But he absolutely takes blame for his un-Rodgers-like play.

      @flexhyzer7824@flexhyzer7824 Жыл бұрын
    • @@lilTULER ya, you couldn’t be more wrong about him. He is aging and becoming more and more confident in who he is as he reads and grows with his life experiences. I’d suggest not listening to the mainstream sports media and listening to out of context snippets. He is a true leader who has forged his tool box over a long period of time and under intense scrutiny. He demands of his teammates only what he demands of himself. Maybe you don’t know what true leadership looks like at an elite level but it doesn’t involve making sure everyone’s feelings aren’t hurt. He is a man in a man’s game and little boys don’t stick around cuz there are no mommas at the top of the mountain, just at the bottom. Rodgers longevity and accomplishments stand alone and if you decide to muddy what you are witnessing with your own insecurities and biases then you won’t be able to truly appreciate it. No one needs your insignificant virtue signaling. You’re basement is warm, stay there. It’s cold outside but it’s the only place you can’t get fresh air..

    • Seth must be a Favre fanboy. The only reason Rodgers doesn't break most of Favre's records is he wasted 3 years sitting behind Favre. The only Favre records he wouldn't break would be consecutive games and int's. Rodgers is a better QB than Favre and I like Favre but AR is better.

    • @@larryyeadeke2953 This is the dumbest comment I've read. How did you come up with that assumption??? Favre, toward the end of his career, was just as arrogant and couldn't make solid decisions to save his life. Where do you think Aaron got that from? I never said Aaron wasn't talented, nor did I say it about Favre... I simply stated that he is growing more and more arrogant as time goes on. Simple observation. Yet all you are the ones twisting exactly what I said to meet your own viewpoint. You can disagree, that's fine. No skin off my back. I also used Eli Manning as an example. Not Favre. • rOdGerS iS A cHokE aRtIst Idk if yall knew this but he doesnt play defense. I have no idea how you can choke away a game from the sideline but Aaron’s apparently found a way according to some people. 2 playoff games I think I could actually put specifically on Rodgers, 49ers divisional and… shoot I cant remember. It was either one of the games against the Cardinals (not the one from the start of this video, he was on the sideline watching) or against the Falcons. Those ones Id specifically put on Rodgers. But if your QB wills your team to 30/40 points or more, he himself didnt choke. The defense rendering 30 or more points as not good enough did. Aaron Rodgers has lost 10 post season games. Peyton Manning has lost 13 post season games. Its almost as if winning and losing in football i is a team stat not an individual one or something… Yep 2009 Wild Card where he himself was strip sacked, and against the 49ers in the divisional last season. Though I do seem to remember he threw a pick to end one playoff games hopes possibly? I was young in his hay day and cant remember it all. So possibly 3 of 10 are specificaly on him. A defense letting up 444 yards for example, how on Earth is that on a QB? 😂
