I’m British and only watch American Football once a year for the Super Bowl even if that means staying awake until 03:30AM. But even I found myself gasping at some of these after I finally have managed to get my head around the rules as I decided I’d make more of an effort to get to know more about your football this year. I feel us Brits seem to want you to accept our football (soccer) and the Premier League and such and don’t put in the same effort and respect to the NFL. In my very uneducated opinion I don’t know how he manages to see a gap to throw to some other players (receivers? feel free to correct me if you read this comment and I’m wrong) under so much pressure. Kansas City Chiefs have themselves one heck of a Quarterback in Patrick Mahomes. Thank you for compiling all of these videos for us. 🏈

As a fan of over 30 years it seemed like every other year in the 90's KC had a chance at a SB. One of the top 2 or 3 teams in the league. The playoff wins just barely escaped us. We were a hair away in every game. Some star player made a play towards the end and we lost. Now that we have Mahomes, a truly great player at QB, I see we were never really that close. It only looked that way. You may hold a great player down for most of the game but eventually you see why they're great. Eventually they break your back. Pat has 3 or 4 of these impossible plays a game. It's insane the level of vision and how quick his decision making is. And he only gets better as time goes on...

Amazing that he has compiled this in 5 seasons. I think the 3rd and 15 against the 49ers in the 4th quarter in the SB, the run in the last two minutes against Philly in this year's SB, and the pass against Baltimore 4th and 9 early in his career are so epic. He is a guy you want to root for , too.
Don't forget the 13 seconds, unless if you are a Bills fan, then sorry, I had to say
@@johnraven2429 , extactly right
@@johnraven2429 True, that was a game the Bills were so on it. I literally thought the Bills had it as they came back and then the magic happened. Good point!
I swear I see these same highlights but they never get old
He's a week long highlight reel, so glad he's our qb
Damn right!
We are witnessing the greatest player skill and athleticism wise at the QB position. So glad he is our QB and I’m so glad I get to witness this greatness for a long time.
It has to be one of the most frustrating things ever to have to defend him, because he is able to extend plays and make broken plays productive like no one else!
I think they got their butts kicked pretty hard . Just showmanship 😊😊
He's so damn hard to get on the ground. It's incredible.
It's like watching Neo out of the Matrix. His situational awareness just isn't human in any way!🔥🔥
I mean…..it’s totally arguable that in his 5 years he’s hit the highest peak of any football player ever.
Been following the NFL for over 50 years now. Enjoy and appreciate what we are seeing with Mahomes for we've never seen this level of play by a quarterback before nor are likely to every see it again.
The TD throw to Sammy Watkins where the crowd yells “SAMMY!” And then Mahomes launched it is awesome
Love to watch Patrick Mahomes. Always laugh when announcers go, " Mahomes!...He's in trouble!...." then I'm like thinking 🤔...must be a different game their watching 'cuz I NEVER see him in trouble!😅
I miss Pringle - that kid had heart. When mahomes retires, his highlight reel will be so long they’ll need to have an intermission like when you go to the theater
Mahomes is that rare talent that plays better in real life than a video game. He has the accuracy of A.Rodgers, with the arm strength and improvisation of B.Favre.
Even that doesn’t truly define his talent. talent like his has never been seen at that level. He’s so good you can’t really compare him to anyone else because no one else has played like he has
@@sbeebs1419 True. There are also other legends that Mahomes emulates at times. Elway, Montana, and a few others. The point is that Mahomes is the best of all of them, because he can make every single throw - and he can do it under heavy pressure, or at a full sprint... which none of the rest have been able to quite put all together like that.
Mahomes isn't crazy like rodgers and favre. Plus he's a better qb.
No comparisons needed. Mahomes is Mahomes.
@@bevtuft3572 All QB's are compared to others, because players emulate and learn from former greats. In this case, Mahomes is proving that he can do things that his predecessors did *better* than they ever could. There's nothing inherently wrong with comparing styles of play.
Those throws were so good vs the Bucs his incompletions are highlights 🤩
He's just one talented man who knows what he's doing. He's a great teammate and leader.
Thank you Chiefs for bringing the excitement an fun back to football. Great use of all your skills.
He is a son that his parents can be super proud of!!!!!!
I was either him or Jackson, and nobody’s proud of Jackson
@@sbeebs1419yeah, unfortunately that complete loser is just living off the clout that Pat built for himself. Its crazy their brothers cuz Pat is NOTHING like him at all
this is what they call passing the eye test. don't care about the stats. he doesnt get sacked and will create a play, rarely turning it over. amazing
After I noticed Mahomes peeks behind when he is on the run I cannot unsee it... really fun guy to watch!
Patrick Mahomes is PHENOMENAL!!!!! He's made football fun and exciting again!!!
Watch Tom Brady
Nah. I'm good. I've watched him, and I'd rather watch football without all the cheating.@@oklahomasoonersfootball
This is why this man was one of the least qbs to get sacked this year
I love to watch him play. The best I have ever seen. Can watch his reels all day long! Crown that man! 👑
Legend has it, Patrick Mahomes is most dangerous when flushed out of the pocket.
There's a video on KZhead called "Every Patrick Mahomes Touchdown (2018-2022) by a content creator called Bagel that is literally 58+ minutes of Touchdowns! He's only been a starting QB for 5 years!
@@jenniferaceste8823 Jennifer I think I have seen that video on my recommended page but haven’t watched it yet. I haven’t stopped watching clips since the Super Bowl. I will certainly watch that video when I can find an hour to do so today.
@@zoemn24 Do so, I highly recommend it! Enjoy!
@@jenniferaceste8823 Jennifer I wanted to let you know that I did make the time to watch it and I’m so glad I did it was well worth the watch. I think I need to make time to rewatch a few more times as I’m sure I didn’t appreciate some as much as I should do. My end takeaway from the first watch is I’m so glad I didn’t miss the opportunity to watch him while he is still playing and hopefully I have the honour of watching him for another 10 years whilst he’s doing so and not come to find out about him after he’s retired. Thank you for encouraging me to watch it sooner than I might have.
@@zoemn24You're very welcome. No worries, even here in the States we all have a hard time believing what we are seeing. I remember seeing him (before he became a full time starter) say that he couldn't wait to, "make people's faces melt". Didn't know what to make of it at the time but I'm beginning to understand!
This compilation has more impressive highlights than the hole entire HOF qbs put together man, mahomes is just unique, he is the best we have ever seen
His awareness of the pocket and when to pull the trigger is amazing.
…"'.'…
That was the best two incomplete passes I’ve ever seen Mahomes is special 🔥
2:58 I was at that game and I’ve never heard arrowhead get that loud for a catch!!! Hands down the best play I’ve seen from mahomes
It truly has been a pleasure being in KC the past 6 years. #15 and his crew are the best. ❤ NFL fan 50+ years.
The call at 2:49 is implanted in my brain at this point “in trouble… flings it across his bodyyyy.. AND ITS CAUGHT BY HILL, HILL HAS IT”
I lost count of the number of times I muttered 'That was impossible' to myself. Awesome video.
Prolly never ever see another QB like Mahomes ever again!
He reminds me a lot of Brady😂😂
@@vitociaglia5394No..Brady don’t got play making ability to scramble or get out the pocket. if u looking for someone who’s close or like Patrick Mahomes is Aaron Rodgers
@@vitociaglia5394 similar results considering timeframe in the league, but they play wayyyyy differently
They should start calling him the phenomenal Patrick Mahomes
I now understand more why this guy is GOAT lookin at his plays he is the best QB I ever seen ...
Lol yep, Mahomes has that incredible ability to never let unfortunate plays get him down, he learns from it and dominates right after. He has an unbelievable god given talent that he’s very much using and making a wonderful living off of it, I’ve got nothing but pure respect for him
I´M 100% STTEELER FAN, BUT I DO ADMIRE THIS PRODIGIOUS GUY! I LOVE THE WAY HE PLAYS, BECAUSE HE GIVES 120% IN EACH GAME!
Makes me smile every game!!!!! Of course i want KC to win but i genuinely just enjoy the "how in the heck did they do that?"
He's just a joy to watch. He's the best at making the most of broken plays ever. Might just be the most skilled QB of all-time and in terms of Legacy, he's already arguably top 5. A few more seasons of cumulative totals and he's in the top 3. I'm a huge Brady fan but there's no question I'm taking Mahomes over him if starting a team, provided they're the same age.
I have zero doubts Mahomes will catch brady, he’s just that talented and smart about the game. Brady was incredibly smart with the team while having a very good arm, but he lacked athleticism where mahomes is just a freak of nature in that aspect lol. As long as mahomes is ok with taking annual pay cuts like brady did to keep a strong team, in my opinion it’s game over for everyone else
If you didnt say "Wow" at least once, you don't like football.
I’m British, this isn’t my football but decided after self teaching myself a few rules from watching the Super Bowl over the last couple of years I’d learn and even I gasped!
This dude a living legend
8:36 maybe my all time favorite highlight
In real time I remember losing my mind going crazy when that happen Literally out of nowhere
Mahomes used to go so far back in the pocket and so that made it harder for his line. Hes improved that a ton in theast two seasons and its kinda an underrated thing that hes worked on
🤘😤🤘Always bet on Red, #1. Big💪Boss. World Champions "Chiefs"
Greatest player I’ve ever seen no doubt and I’ve been watching this game for 30 years
DE: I've got you now you little fat bastard! Announcer: Touchdown Kansas City!
You mixed and mastered this to perfection!!!!! Thanks for this memorable 9 minutes . #popuourcallor
Nobody in the NFL History can throw the ball Like mahomes .the real GOAT
that play to mckinnion where he just chucks it gets me every time
💯
I'd like to see some advanced analytics of this dude's 3rd down completion probability vs what is actually converted... Then compare that to the rest of the NFL QB's over the past 5 years. People are seeing Mahomes working through his reads, taking what is given to him more over the past couple of years without as many deep balls but his true value is in his ability to continuously extend drives by doing this 💩, then hit somebody with a crazy arm angle like a baseball shortshop. It's just baffling to think he could continue to get better.
I’m impressed with anyone who can throw a football accurately while running, that’s not easy
This dude right here...🤦♂🤦♂
Best ever
Vision like no other. Surprising running ability. Teflon skin. A joy to watch him play and shock us all with his skills. Wouldn't be surprised to learn he can walk on water as well.
Greatest incompletion of all time
It scary and exciting to watch but at the end of it all the best thing about him is he in red and gold How about those Chiefs
The throw at 2:30 is sneakily one of the best throws I’ve ever seen
Guys unbelievable 🤣🏈👈🏾
Great highlight reel!
Thanks!
Mahomes doesnt need superstar receivers, he just ned guys that can catch and he does all the hard work for them.
Makes me so happy to watch this kid, and I don't even watch football
I still to this day wish they would've kept Pringle! That K-State boy could catch some pretty incredible passes!
that's my QB
Those first two plays in that superbowl were legitimate touchdown passes if the WR had just hold on to them.
don't know a lot about football but this is special. good stuff!
It never gets old
These plays are really amazing.
They are
hes the best player to ever touch a football
Just crazy good.
I’m a ravens fan here, but Patrick Mahomes is a amazing quarterback and definitely he’s one of the best in the league !
That s SHOWTIME MAHOMES folks. Loud and proud CHIEFS. Go get another Lambordi torphy
Mahomes is the qb on the opposing team that makes you lose your mind because nobody can ever complete the tackle in the back field 😂
Simply…the best.
This man is great.
You talk to players wo move from HS to college, then college to PROs - those who make that path say the same thing about each new step - players are faster, they are quicker, they can change in an instant, they can use your own direction against you with amazing subtlety... some of this scramble stuff is just staying alive until that very last instant and making a lightning fast move that negates the best efforts at positioning or coverage. He's a master at knowing when to tuck it and bust downfield. Sheer pleasure to watch Mahomes play - enjoy it folks, he's a great one !
I am so glad so many of his golden moments come from embarrassing the Bills. Them and the Bengals sure have gotten uppity for not having won anything.
He is him
He’s fun to watch, that’s for sure
Chiefs looking at 8 rings or more
Simply the best 😊
The best player we’ll see
The sb against the bucs was bad.I felt so bad for pat because it seemed like he was the only person who got off the plane
And it's just one play. Truly incredible.
Dude is a magician!
These could also be labeled as defensive back breakers. I can’t imagine being any part of the defense after these plays. Must be so frustrating.
Thank you Lord Jesus! What a KC Blessing! Amen!
Mahomes has great football instincts, which cannot be learned. He's like a 1 in a million type player. Who can throw an accurate pass when their body is parallel to the ground and just inches above?
Anyone old enough to remember Fran Tarkington with Minnesota decades ago? At the time not near Mahomes level but he was a lot like this and I wasn't a Vikings fan. Mahomes is simply in another dimension. Always root for the Chiefs unless they are playing the Cowboys. Really too bad Kyler Murray is such a head case because he could be a shorter version of Mahomes don't you think?
2:42 the kelce pass was just insane
Great video! He’s so exciting to watch!
I think so too!
Unbelievable!
The best part about it is that he's even better when you try to blitz him. Something which is supposed to be a strength for the defense. But you can't really sit back either because he takes what you give him. The only really hope to truly shut him down is to hope his recieving core drops passes a bunch and well look at how that turned out this year.
Every game this man makes a play this is one reason I’m a chiefs fan he makes so much great passes I don’t even know why people doubted him and who’s the 🐐 goat now sorry Tom Brady but this man is OUTSTANDING to watch.
