  • Good workout overall, super cool music, but overly favors the right side - need to work out the left side afterwards for ~3 min after to balance & avoid strain.

  • Assalam alekum, I am Pakistani. Please suggest some such drink after exercise and also the timing of exercise. Tell us at what time we can do exercise.

    • Its summer so u can simply sprinkle some himalayan pink salt in water n drink it few hours prior to excercise... it prevents dehydration...also try including beetroots in ur diet as it prevents muscle contraction n soreness that we usually feel a dat after excercising. Honey water/jeera water on empty stomach are best to speed up the weight loss process
