  • I did this meditation like 500 times or more. It’s my favorite. Can you make another one? The ending bothers me when you say you are more than anxiety. The reason is that I was physically and mentally in a bad place and it wasn’t anxiety. The power of mind over body is real. Doctors were dumb funded, my psychiatrist was puzzled. They told me my mental issues will be with me my entire life! I proved them all wrong. Started 3 new businesses and not taking any medication. Thank you for this video

  • maybe it’s because i’ve been really anxious about my strange weakness and weird heart beatings, maybe it’s because of all the corona on the news, maybe i’m just an emotional wreck because this spoke to me DEEPLY and i felt myself feeling rlly emotional.   • Thank you very much. I was diagnosed with ibd a few weeks ago and am still in my recovery phase. I missed out on school a lot and take a lot of medications with lots of side effects and I just really want to get rid of all that asap. I will do this every day from now on for at least 30 days and I’ll probably keep you updated in how thing changed for me:)

  • This was really relaxing. I've been experiencing desphagia for five days now after I choked on some food a couple of weeks ago. I don't know if it's anxiety from the experience causing me to have a hard time drinking and having any solids. I've been on a liquid diet for 5 days now and I'm completely terrified wondering if I'll ever eat and be normal again. My doctor is sending me for a barium test soon to make sure nothing is wrong and I'm just scared. I started really getting my anxiety controlled, came a long way compared to last year and now this I'm just terrified ☹️. This was a very relaxing meditation to not think about it for a little while, thank you

When u said feel the sensation I got shivers from my feet too my neck and felt clean with my head which is odd because i have had a huge migrane for 3 days now but I was clear then . And is it normal to see the color green? When you talk about health and pink ?     • Understand that there is a very large emotional component to the illness. Everything manifests from the mind into the body and the body is the mind. Because this is the case you have an opportunity to use the principles in this videos, podcast, and program to to turn the outlook around. Secondly you must begin working with your body to send different signals throughout your system that begin triggering the calming system within you which can make replacing those bad beliefs with good ones easier. Focus on three aspects: The speed in which you do things (slow down), your breathing patterns, and your posture. Mindset + Body = Step one towards the emotional shift.
