  • ✨ About comments… It's curious how easily people get offended by everything nowadays. If someone dislikes someone's attitude or speech style, they can simply choose not to listen or read it and opt for another video that they prefer. It's unrealistic to expect everyone in the world to conform to your preferences in attitude and behavior. It's helpful to remember this basic concept: allow others to be themselves and allow yourself to be yourself. There's no need to take anything personally; you can choose to listen to others and consider their advice, or you can close it and select another video. If you are waiting that anyone will be so kind and so polite so you need to meet reality. For example if you’re working for clients or in the company no one or nobody will tolerate with procrastination or being lazy or doing something too long. Life moves at a rapid pace nowadays, and it’s easy to overlook just how quickly each day passes. Sometimes we just need someone to give us some kick in the arse to wake up and get yourself together! Thank you, Arian, for all that you do for us. Your energy is truly appreciated and it gives me a great deal of inspiration and strength to pursue my dreams, especially as a tired mother of two little kids. Your passion ignites a powerful motivation in me, and I'm sincerely grateful to you for that. I've purchased your book and found it incredibly helpful, not just for beginners. Don't let anyone discourage you. Stay brave and continue on your path. Those who truly understand and find value in your videos will continue to support and follow you. Keep going and moving forward!

Well seen your not too busy and are so dull and stuck up you can't have a laugh. Keep up grind and have fun while you do

    • @ArijanRace Hey bro, dont take my comment as negative. Was only having a laugh. One quick question 🤔 how did you buy that bad ass sword giving out free advice? Is your channel not monetized?? Anyway keep up the great work man and please wear a tshirt next time. Yes I know the internet is like this in 2024, tbh if people worried less about hurting other feelings then more would get done. Half the problem these days people get upset over nothing. Before you say, I was not annoyed at your video just telling you to calm down and having a laugh. Guess no laughing or breathing alot in these comments 🤐🫡🤣

  • You look young, and I must say pretty agressive (maybe the knife has something to do with this) but I can confirm that you are just right. I'm 43, and I've been working for 20 years now in the advertising business, so I can say that I have some experience, and yes, you are just right. When you see it from the distance, you understand that studies are only the first step to enter the business, nothing else. When you start working in the real world, you'll get the real skills, not before. Aryan, I think that you can help people, and I really think that young people really need listening to guys like you. So go on and keep pushing this message. A lot of people will hate you, but I see that you can stand with that, and what you are saying is just the truth. Good job!

  • Good shit Aryan. It's like "tough love for 3D artists". I've been doing 3D art professionally for almost 20 years and one the best things I can advise is to learn how to communicate with your clients, particularly how to make them feel that they money they are paying for your work will make them more money in return. Also, know how to take constructive feedback from the client (and how to differentiate it from useless feedback that will waste your time). Lots of people expect things to just work out for them and don't want to put in the work to make things happen for them. Lots of talent goes to waste that way. Glad to see someone telling them that it's not going to be easy, but if they put in the work it will pay off for them.

    @carsbykris@carsbykris18 күн бұрын
  • i love just how you express everything, very direct and simple, with some seriosness in between... that type of comunication is just what i love about this channel, and this video helped me even in small part for what am i abot to experience with my projects... thanks just for wording out everything in this video :)

Humans have a very broad emotional spectrum, if Arijan todays is psd off and talks how he talks who gives a flying f. Imagine someone coming to you and telling "you should be more this and that, you shouldn't use that word, you should do this instead and blablablabla". Who the f are you to dictate how another human being should think, talk, and feel in a particular moment ? That attitude was very popular in russia, italy, spain and germany not long ago: it didn't go well. Some people would prefer a fake peaceful bot, even if in reality he's a professional gasligher and has a master in passive aggressiveness, over a young man showing how he's with no filters.

Cus D' amato was not a professional boxer but he still taught Mike Tyson and others how to become world champions. Are his teaching less valuable because he wasn't a pro boxer himself? I don't think so. I don't have too much blender skills but I can understand pretty clearly, at this point, that Arijan, Thomas Colin and PzThree are really good at what they do, just like I have enough competence to understand that others teachers, like Blender Bros, don't have any clue when it comes to sophisticated sub d modelling. If you want to say that Arijan is a bad modeller you should explain why his modelling technique is weak and not talk about the industry.
