How amazing that you got your own pins! I never knew pin making was such an involved process!
It's just outdated production. Today everything is much simpler.
No process is same
Just they use alternatives to reduce price or quality or production time .
The title says they’re luxury pins. Ordinary ones definitely aren’t made like this!
Ho boy does this bring back memories! In about 1978, my first "real job" was at a place that made glass enamel pins. Similar to the beginning of this, but all the recessed areas would get filled ...grain by grain with a dental pick... with colored enamel sand. I'd have a tray of 50+ pins that I'd just spent all day filling, then have to pick it up and SLOWLY walk across the room to the kiln and slide it in. One wrong jiggle and you lost most of the days work!
Oh yeah, someone else in the comments mentioned about losing a finger in the press? Yeah, guy did. Thank god I was out at lunch when it happened! I was too young to deal with that.... 🤢😵
the thing I love most, noone is rushing their job, they are not slow but also not in rush, it takes what it takes, a quality lost to most of the world
Absolutely awesome thank you for letting us in on your days I hope your all doing well
What lovely tranquil music. Pulls the video together very nicely!
Those look absolutely stunning. Loved the blue factories with the chrome gear, then they whipped the blue off.
With that many people handling them through so many process steps, these definitely won't be cheap.
I really enjoyed watching this one because I am a Jeweller 🙂. In the world of mass production, this kind of work really stands out.
Great! So much effort for such small pieces!
It's so cool that they made those pins for you!
The amount of work to make the badges 😮 So beautiful ❤
I'm always wandering about how japanese people are doing things in their own way. Like no one else in this world. Respect
These old machines are awe inspiring. The amount of attention to detail is incredible. These pins must be quality pins. How does a company like this survive in modern times? How much does a pin like this cost? Does the name of company, Amita, have anything to do with Amida Butsu?
Genuinely impressed. Was not expecting that level of fanciness.
Wow on the plating was fascinating. My late father did that for his first real job for a few years before he became a salesman. Now I see exactly what he did as he never said how it was done or what he did it on. It was like pulling teeth to get dad to say what little he did. When he came home from work he never talked about it. He did it before he got married. I always wondered what he did before he sold oxygen and Co2 tanks. Talk about being relatable.
You guys hit the big times now! Having your own fancy custom pins. :)
Must be so interesting to work here and see all the different designs, I think I would really like to work at a place like this, the process is amazing, I was really surprised when they were doing the gold plating, the feeling is so good when we see the color shine.
Personally, one of the best videos of this channel.
Quá trình làm phù hiệu, Huy hiệu sang trọng, Những người thợ Nhật rất khéo tay 🇯🇵👍.
Wow. This is wonderful. One of those pins would make for a great viewer giveaway. I know I would love to own one after seeing the whole process. ❤️
Wow, who knew making luxury badges could be so intricate yet fascinating! 🔥
It is hard to imagine that an pin production process is so complicated.
The Process X badge/pin is beautiful 😍
Incredible! Japanese attention to quality and detail is just amazing.
Un grand merci pour la vidéo!
Beautifull badge! I want one of Process X!👍
good job on the musical accompaniment. most industrial documentaries on here add overbearing soundtracks. this one was perfect, not too loud and fit the subject.
This is beautiful jewelry.
Wow those pins look great.
Excelente trabajo !!! Desde argentina

Who knew that the process of making a simple lapel pin could be this complex?
Bonjour. C’est génial ! Merci.
Nice looking badge!
❤wow❤ that was cool 😆 amazing 🥰
Fabulous badge design and the finished ones looked superb. There were 11 badges at one stage and only 8 finished badges. Were some kept at various stages to show the steps? Are you selling the badges as channel merchandise?
Those are some fancy pins!
They look magnificent
Wanita memang sesuai buat kerja begini. Mereka terkenal dengan teliti.. Sabar😁
It’s a lot more involved than I thought it would be.
Nice work !
fascinating as always. ty.
*It's incredible how Japan produces things with a very high degree of perfection and complexity for absolutely USELESS products !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!*
Wow. I wonder how much each of those cost. It's a intensely manual labor. The attention to detail is incredible.
Beautiful!😀🥰💜💜💜
Very pretty!
Very nice!
I actually liked them more with the blue masking - maybe some anodizing for that ?
Mesmerising.
May I submit my name for entering into the draw for getting one of these bagdes? Awesome video, had no idea this craft even existed. Happy New Year and smiles from New Zealand :)

Thank you for the interesting VLOG, And especially including the Manufacturer information, I collect badges and I'm thrilled to see these proffessional artists, plus your design is very beautiful. If you want to sell one please contact me. All the Best from Iowa and happy New year.
I'd love to wear one of these to show support of the best channel on KZhead! I had no idea of the work it takes to make a quality pin.
Excellent.
Amazing. What is the final transparent coat? Would'nt that finish ruin the pin if it gets scratched? Thanks
i thought those are cast from zinc alloy into rubber molds (like on HowItsMade), i would never ever imagine they are actually pressed with a die...
I would love a pin!
very good!
Very nice.
Wear it proudly.
Awesome ❤ video
15:26 Casio F91, Actually, the thing I'm most curious about is how this watch was made.
Excelent!..
the pettiness is off the charts with some people I cant believe this, for no reason,
is this what they r saying about me out of all the places id be a spy for u think a cold hell hole would be it???@@IDKline
very like the badges, will have one giveaway?
awesome!
Wonderful work, question; do you temper the die?
I'll never look at a pin badge the same ever again
There really is no substitute for skill and experience. The good stuff costs more money because people made it, they didn’t hand the materials to a machine. Sure, you can whack out mountains of cheap tat from a factory in the same time it took to make those badges; but those badges will last longer and be more thoroughly cherished.
