He has been sent home 3 times last week. He even went up to the mental health unit with a knife at his throat begging for help, he was still sent home. I walked in to find him hanging on Friday and had to cut him down, they still didn't help. He's smashed his room up and is cutting his face with a mirror, took all of his tablets, they do nothing. • I pretty much cried through this whole interview. Watching Paddy's Vlogs and seeing that little boy be so sick and show up and watch them train and fight, while sitting on his dad's lap... I just can't imagine what his parents are going through right now. Then to learn that Paddy not only had to deal with that grief, but also having to deal with the loss of his friend right before, is just so heartbreaking. What a raw and vulnerable interview he gave, and what a beautiful response by the interviewer, showing more concern for Paddy's well-being right now, than for just pumping out questions about the fight.

  • Paddy's one of the most genuine guys out there but also shout out to the interviewer for conducting such a genuine interview given Paddys feelings. Most would have been asking about fight related questions where as he really cared about his mental state and wasnt focused about promoting the next fight

  • It's great to see so many figures really advocating for mental health in men, I'm sorry for the loss of his friend. We've all been through the wringer, some worse than others. I hope one day we'll be able to talk about our feelings without seeming weak, but, unfortunately, I don't think that will ever happen.
