  • I think this is my first over comment on anything related to Korean street food... Looks perfect! Usually I'm not into these videos because they're too over the top for me. Meaning food is packed with too many condiments and extras. I like combining flavors by with rich food I personally more like to taste and enhance the main flavor rather drown it.

    • @@bokolle hypertension yes. But there are many problems one can have with the heart. One of them being plaque buildup in the arteries, which comes from a diet high in trans and saturated fats. Foods high in saturated fats would be fatty meat and butter/ghee. This meal is 90% butter. It is worth noting however that a single meal isn't going to kill you if you lead an otherwise healthy life. The dose makes the poison.

Not to mention humans have been eating saturated fats for literally forever and heart disease wasn’t that common since the beginning of the 20th century, which is About the same time unsaturated fat consumption increased drastically.
