  • I used to work at a beef processing facility with these same machines, but I was on the sanitation/cleaning crew and never saw how the machines actually functioned. Really interesting seeing how the parts actually work.

  • A plus on hygiene ✨ D-C on execution. Very fatty (holey) and greasy burger patties. Like that's more grease than Beacon's chilli cheese aplenty burger (look it up) Should be 80% lean and 20% fat. Not everything has to have regular and Caramelized onions. Barely any butter on the buns. No dill pickles (cardinal sin) Saving grace is Mac and cheese and cheese slice portions
