    • These are not real burgers, you don't add anything to your meat when making burgers. Even at the end when he cuts the burger in half you can see the meat is not holding together. They aren't bad, but an "American Chef" would never come up with this idea.

    • What are you talking about? Bulk?! This is low volume prep for a short service and much of the mise en place is done al a minute. To your general point, I would agree. Typically large batch work cooking losses some finer detail and finesse but professional caterers with appropriate skills can still produce amazing food en masse.

    • Yea I'm pretty sure every diner / burger restaurant cook is going 'ain't nobody got time for all that!' and they toss all the things on the grill at once. Also way too much cleaning for just a few orders. This only happens at schools where you have to show it off or some super fancy place. It did make me hungry though.

    • @luana it depends on the chef for example i cant work with gloves i cant feel anything one thing is to have the taste and the smell but the feeling. Dont worry i wash my hand alot i mean ALOT. hell almost got forced to pay for all the consumatives i use too keep my hands clean but the clients even atleast the regular know when i put gloves my quality drops

    • @@boppob1343 where I am from it’s not just plain vinegar. It’s a mix with a bit of water and a lot of herbs/spices. I mean, you already add the pickles, so why waste the pickle vinegar? No need to open a bottle of vinegar, just use the pickle vinegar and reduce garbage (in the loosest sense, we’re you to throw the pickle vinegar away) that’s produced.

  • Everything looks soo fresh and crisp! Looks like really good meals! One of my burger principles is that meat, eggs and buns is only allowed to touch a moist area. That could be for example sauce or tomato tomato (I count cheese and bacon as moist because of the high fat) Another principle when it comes to burgers is that every bite should be as even as possible in taste and feel. Another flaw I saw in this video. Like uneaven spread of sauce, or not close enough to the edge.

  • I really like and more importantly, appreciate the dedication of chefs and their craft. Instead of half-assing a recipe, they go to great lengths to make "Just a cheese burger". Really enjoyed watching this. Only wished I could have one to to eat. Might have to try and make this.

    • @@AAC9991 in South Korea there are a million different options for dining experience. And I can say having lived there, it’s quality from the food trucks all the way to sit down restaurants. In South Korea you see a lot of small business owners. Not huge commercialized businesses. So when you go to any restaurant you’ll see the owner managing the business. They take a lot of pride in customer service and satisfaction. If you ever get a chance just go. You won’t be disappointed by the experience.

  • These look amazing, I would pay good money for these. This dude has some legit talent and skill and it’s evident he puts a ton of passion into these burgers. The only thing I’m not sold on is adding Budweiser to the chili, unless Korean Bud is better than American Bud (which tbh is not a high hurdle to clear).

  • The burgers look phenomenal. I'm getting hungry just looking at it, but what I seriously appreciate is the cleanliness of everything. Wearing gloves, clean preparation and cooking area, washing the vegetables, everything looks fresh vegetables, meat and fries, the plating is neatly done with the wax paper, nothing is over seasoned, all perfect. Love it! Now i'ma go get a cheap McDonald's burger and cry. 😁

    • Honestly wearing gloves gets in the way and chefs wash their hands over 100 times a day. It's fine. you don't see people wearing gloves in michelin star kitchens for the same reasons.

Do you wash the meat before hand (this get rid of any preservatives and other impurities). 2. What do you do with your surplus product after preparation. Do you use it in others areas of the kitchen or for other dishes.

  • I've worked at Burger King in high school and helped finance my way through college by working as a chef in the college cafeteria so I really appreciate the knife skills and ALL THE PREP for these amazing burgers! I just wonder hiw much they charge for this meal because the labor, materials and prep must cost a fortune? Still, what an amazing experience it would be to dine on this simple yet elegant food! I'd put this against anything Gordon Ramsay would put out!

  • What is the name of this restaurant? I continue to see videos of Korean restaurants executing flawless American food in the old-skool fashion that you just don't find in America very often any more. Look at the care taken to use good ingredients and even cook the chili in-house. Look at the prep of the patties- fresh, not frozen. Few are doing this in the U.S. any longer.
