  • Hi everyone, Alex here! Just letting you know that we've read the many comments from you telling us you're not happy with the price that was negotiated for the Mira. Taylor has spoken to previous owner Lewis and we've renegotiated back up to £1500. While we love getting a good deal on a car, we now know that the Mira deal was simply too good, and we're sorry you feel we took advantage! On face value, the car needs a full respray, brakes, tyres, suspension, bushes etc but we did not know about the diff, nor the incredible condition of the underside, which makes this car even more special! To everyone watching and who supports the channel (especially Lewis), we're sorry you feel let down. We love buying, making videos and going on adventures, but we do occasionally make mistakes / misjudge situations, which is always brought to our attention. So thanks everyone for helping us be better! Cheers guys, Alex

Seems like you got the earlier iteration of the 4th gen of Mira, which was the last gen you could get one of these TR-XXs. Those patterns you see on the floormats and seats were all the rage back then. Also, these were designed in the era when manufacturers actually had a lot of money, so that explains how well-built it is. In fact, some of these albeit in small numbers still roam around the countryside. The piece of paper with the old man was a free ticket to take a course to learn how to use a PC, which is a cottage industry of sort. (The old man shows an example of someone struggling with the PC. )Its likely that the dealer man threw it in as part of the premium service deal. After all, it isn't like they were told the car was a certain way and Taylor turned up and saw the car was in a much worse condition than was expected.
