I agree completely. I was never a huge fan of the presenters except for Freddy. Tavarish is quite relaxed and very affable and does the best he can. I could easily see him being joined by Mat and Alex for a Car Trek UK type show

while this may be true, I dont really like the idea of every car youtuber trying to be the new old top gear. Yes the show was great, but that doesnt mean everyone has to be like them. I prefer people being themselfes, instead of trying to be someone who was/is successfull

Honestly this has been the best collaboration since the boys left the building at top gear, perhaps this should be something you 4 should think about, as I know how happy everyone is with all of your content as individuals but as a team you are truly epic and give us viewers a fantastic show full of laughter and great information. Personally I prefer Tavarish with Ed and Tyler in CarTrek, and the original carthrottle team even though I love seeing Tavarish work with Mat, would also like to see Tavarish with Dean from Saving Salvage along with Mat

Love the video! I owned a 55 plate Fabia vrs between 2008 and 2013 and I loved it! Did a Track Day in it at Silverstone and it held its own. Now got my race licence after having so much fun in the Furby 😂

The only difference in these sort of challenges would be to at least put all cars on the same tyres. That alone is probably the biggest factor between all of them. That said, these collabs are amazing! Loved it

Straight away from the thumbnail, I'm very happy to see the Megane 225 getting some recognition. I had a Clio 200, the same sort of generation. The Megane has always been tempting for me, as a weekend car.

The Renault is the best option out of those three. But the Skoda Fabia has had something I’ve always admire since I was really young! Mat Armstrong’s 1.9pd is awesome. Would love to know what happens after the video. Wouldn’t mind seeing if it’s for sale haha!

Great to see the Megane do well, I did the power steering calibration on these back in the day. Ricardo developed the chassis in the UK. The Renault Sport guys were absolute lunatics behind the wheel!

So proud of the Megane! I owned one a long time ago when everyone was driving Astra VXRs and Focus ST'S and I always wondered why no one wanted one. Even today it looks fantastic it has aged so well. By far the best looking car out of those three and a proper drivers car.

Small world... That megane used to be a demo/company car for the garage I used to work for when it was new. Even found some old pictures of it back at the dealership. Loved driving it when I got the chance.

Megane for me. Genuinely loved it, had fabulous handling, not too shouty, and whilst it wasn’t perfect and certainly not as reliable… it had great character, was not that expensive to fix, and people really did like it when they seen it (Liquid Yellow).
Was so nice to see Alex get a hug from his proud dad at the end!

Every single car improved on each lap which is impressive! Not one was slower than it’s previous lap. I’d like to have seen a golf or polo gti on this too. Also would’ve been good to see Ben do a lap in the magane and the Fabia.

We've had a Passat 1.9 TDI with the same engine as the SKoda and it was quite strong from stock. Despite the 200k km. I'll bet that engine is really fun in such a small car!
