Great van, looks a quality build. A lot of time and effort and love put into it. Good that you said the parts you change 👍
This dude has a talent for storytelling. He acts like a Mat Watson from carwow.
Yep mat came straight to my mind aswell
@DecoD71 all salesmen sound the same, dont you think?
Man the way you speak is amazing i can listen to you for hours
Thanks Ali, not sure my girlfriend would agree😀
That's fantastic. Doing a self build is an aim I have, and what you've done is totally inspiring 👍
You really need to have a youtube channel ( i know i know this is one - but a dedicated 1 ..know what i mean ) . There is something enticing n lovely about your ability to talk to an invisible audience yet be very genuine about it , with cheekiness thrown in. Loved the van and your colour palette . If i needed to build one , reckon everything you chose would do it perfectly for me . Kudos to the wrap lady. She did a brilliant job . Sophisticated n funky ..just my style too.
Thankyou, very kind words, I’m still finding my feet with style and direction hopefully it will all fall into place at some point.
You've got some skills there buddy, beautiful job. As someone who has done a couple of builds myself I can appreciate the effort to produce a result like that.
What a cracking van build, love it. Exterior as you say looks top notch, the length of the van with the additional power is a big plus and the interior is finished superb, Bamboo is stunning. Garage is immaculate and with lithium added would be a great self sufficient off-piste home. Great job, well done and enjoy. Thanks for sharing, its to good not to.
I love your van design. It's different and very well build. Thx for your video from Germany.
This van/camper would be perfect for going “walk about” on weekends. Solar. Is best for energy under the Big Sky. Really cool.
The body looks far better than the orginal you got inspiration from. Well done.
Nice conversion
Great conversion Thanks for sharing. 👍🏻 Would love to follow a video series of your next one!
Stunning conversion….
liking that paint job
Spot on 👍🏻 the garage area is mint.
Professional!!!!!!!.....Love your job.....
What a fantastic conversion and great video. You’re obviously very talented 👏🏽
I have a tent and camping Gas! Next the campervan
Fantastic build, totally admire your ability and attention to detail. I’ve an Adria Twin 640 on a Ducato base which I think is a great looking vehicle but yours is defo up there 👏
With 25yr Roadie background, this garage put a smile on my face.... just converting a Sprinter LWB atm, but wont have that kinda budget or skill... nice job dude...
Thanks for the comment. I did a sprinter camper a few years back all in that flight case material. If you go to coastlinecampers.com it’s there in one of the gallery pages
Lovely van! I love the wrap and color scheme...very Italian.
wow wow wow great job!
Wow great job!!
What a fantastic van! Absolutely love it! Clearly you’ve built a very high quality high spec van. Amazing 🤩
Just wow, excellent job!
My respect Errol excellent job !
Fantastic build.
This would be my dream van, absolutely fantastic job 👏
Sublime! Probably the best and the most beautiful camper-van setup... Priceless... RESPECT!
This is absolutely gorgeous!!
Beautiful build, and an entertaining tour!
Well done and a friendly chap too!
Really is a quality build. You can see the attention to detail that you've put in. Build a conversion for me any day!
Cracking build, next level skills on display !
Hi, I like your van build, simple but useable
fantastic van thanks for sharing
Love it pal excellent job bamboo fantastic
What a talent this camper is quality
amazing build, looks to be on par with even commercial companies.
I like this guy, his work is top class, the van is finished beautifully, I could watch this over again for the tips, I hope he’s done a full build step by step tutorial for this van, I need the guidance for when I do mine and his layout is pretty much how I’d want mine. Going to search the other vids now,👍
very beautiful very elegent just looking like wow 🤩
very professional looking build, your garage is impecable!
Beautiful van Great video thanks for sharing 👍.
Love the wrap design - might go for that on my home built lwb sprinter
Love the wrap. nice combination of colors! I'm jealous
I've just finished my 2nd van build using the 3.0 litre 180hp Ducato. Love having the extra power there, compared to my current van which is a 2.3 litre Iveco. Makes the world of difference.
this thing is awesome, I will save up money to hopefully make my own one day thanks for an great video
Nice job pal. Well done 👍
Looks awesome mate, in new year I am looking to travel nice to have some ideas & yours ticks all boxes
Very Talented build! Beautiful.
Beautiful build 👍
Top job mate 👍
Impressive
Great video, Thank you. Educational
Wow ! Well done!
Don't change anything, mate, everything look where they should be. A day bed to take a nap is not necessary. A van is small enough as it is. It's just perfect the way it is, mate. We'll done!
I just bought a used campervan; a ducato but with the 3 liter 180 hp engine. Drives perfect. The problem with self build ones is that I never would buy one, because I have no idea what standards were used. It is like buying a used self built sail boat. All of a sudden you are in the middle of the ocean and t starts delamintaing. So great for you and if you plan on using it forever not so much if u want to sell it, but suckers are born everyday; people who are stupid and dont know
This is a very nice, tasteful and very stylish build. Moreover, it is practical.
Great work Errol , you have done an excellent job by my standards , I'm impressed thanks for sharing and greetings from Australia 🇦🇺
Lovely unique van You are very talented. The finish is superb. 👌
I CAN LIVE IN THERE GORGEOUS
Very nice your building, i love it.
Bro she a beauty awesome build you did a great job
Really lovely. Looks perfect for our next van if you sell, certainly some inspiration. Thank you.
Hi Ashley, well I maybe selling in late August, got a holiday arranged beginning August and really want to build another so I'll keep you posted.
Much love from kenya africa
I love your Van bill and I love what you said about what you would change pretty much not that much, I wish I knew you to help me with my van bill.
Brilliant 👏 👍
Love Your Enthusiasm you have a new subscriber keep up the good work
Great job ! amazing camper :)
Full bed lift at the front, replace the rear with a lounge? It would take some figuring out but could be stunning. This as it is though is great. The only thing I can fault these layouts on it if you have 3-4 people sat around the table at the front, you all will be playing footsy under the table. Too close quarters for me! Superb work, best I've seen so far.
Thanks Phil, I’ve since sold it and you’re right about the lounge area, was only for me and the girlfriend but anymore than that and it’s far too small.
Awesome build im very tempted I must Say
A very nice build!
Good morning from Mexico mate. Love it, great conversion and great video, even down to the “trauma heater”😂. Can’t wait to see it in the flesh, perhaps at the next AO!
Very nice 👍👍
Cool 👍
I love your videos! Especially your travel ones
Thankyou, I’m trying to get better at it.
surely not one of the best i've seen so far
You need a lift kit and air suspension maybe even a 4x4 system
Great build, well thought out…even though you’ve already thought of changes…
Forgot to say great energy as well…
Thanks for posting the video, your van looks a great piece of kit for some fab adventures…well done and best of luck👍👍
Thank you although I think I’ve just sold it! Need to build another
Hello Errol, great video and lovely van matey
Nice work I am refurbing one
It would have been quite interesting to have weighed the Fiat, pre and after build, I always cant help but wonder how much extra weight people add
That’s what Insta doesn’t tell you…..😂
I have the US version (Ram Promaster 3500 Ext) and live aboard with my wife and dog. 4400 kilos total road weight weighed. (9300 pounds in old money).
Up to 7 tons.
In Ireland you’re limited to the manufacturer RWL, you can’t register it as a motor home , until after the inspection, weighing on completion of works, and submitting all the relevant paperwork to revenue, they calculate the vrt , you pay that then to get your logbook changed to motor home.
Stunning van. Your ideas for future build are spot on. Didn't know about the Ducato being a nicer van than Boxer etc. Three front seats would be better for family then you could move sink, cooker and fridge to behind front seats and get more room next to shower ? Or sliding unit that slides out under another to go in front of side door ?
Agree that this is a really great layout for the important things. Normal kitchen, normal bed, normal bathroom. And from the outside it's not that obvious what's on the inside. I would perhaps shift the sink around a little bit (and perhaps the popup table in the kitchen area could fall flat into the side of the cupboard).
I’ll ping you a pic of the pop up table when it’s closed, it does go flush, one of my favourite bits with all the bamboo grain flowing . Thanks for the comment.
@@wright-adventure regarding the popup - actually, at 7:08 it is visible. i think the hinges fooled me on some other shot
Beautiful. Get lithium and a mobile induction hob and you have the perfect van.
Liked and subscribed!
Beauty
Like the bed area should go induction then know gas bill and underfloor heating electric pads of the solar and rain capture filter of roof for water tanks 😊
Second person now to mention the underfloor heating I’ll look into it for the next build.

有改善空間,尾部雙門打開後,安上支架接撑地上,加支架帳逢固定尾門,使車尾空間更大,可作浴室及活動觀景室.
I am really suprised how many energy and waste systems is in European Campervans. I reaally wonderig about some more universal battery and clima system. Big Fridge with big freezer, big Toilet, garage for scooter or 2 bikes at least and compact size vertical bed would be most important for me. I like very much this pro looking boxes for all systems. I would not do at all cuisine if not enough place or no this seating places. Much water, big dirty water storage and at least 2 casettes for WC wastes. I thing that this wood cuboards and warderobe just taking space sometimes. I watching American small campers and they put really much more stuff inside Van and are more soft, and nice.
Great looking van and a great self build, would love to know what the price tag on something like that would be !
Hi, thanks for the comment and thanks for watching, i spend a little over 20k in parts then there’s the labour which I can’t even begin to calculate and finally the van which was 16k two years old at the time but second hand vans have become more expensive in the last couple of years. All in all I’ve ended up with a good camper for the money in my opinion.
How did you fix the T5 seat to the van? Do you have to get it certified for use while travelling with seatbelts etc, or can you just securely bolt it to the wooden floor and drive away?
Hi, I had to fabricate a metal frame that was bolted through the metal floor with larger washers/spreader plates then I made the wooden frame and bolted chair through wood onto metal frame. It was tricky as the structural cross members on the van floor were in the way so I had to make the frame off set to have the seat where I wanted it. No certificate required as the seat has already been approved but it does need bolting to body work so it won’t rip free in an accident.
Super build Errol ... my question for you is how easy do you find manoeuvring and parking of the LWB ??
Hi generally driving is easy, however, it doesn’t fit so well in a parking bay so always need to be mindful when parking up.
Superb van, you have done a beautiful job, I love the padded fabric you have used. What is the name of it please. I did look at the link you had added, but I cant see the one you have used.
Oh.. I’ll have a check on the links but the company you need are www.iwantfabric.com/ It’s under the vehicle section. Thanks for watching.
Sorry I miss read your message, you’re right, the white isn’t in stock at the moment, I’ve tried to get some more but only have the black and grey in.
You even got the racing stripe brother
What an awesome camper! I’ve just bought the Boxer L4 H3 2ltr blue. You have the exact same layout I’ve designed so I’m extremely interested in your build. I may start asking questions about the build and interest in the shower cubicle because I also want a T5 double seat with incorporated belts too. I love the wrap and have a similar design. Daz
Thanks for the comment Daz, in fact I just sold my camper today! Feeling a bit down now. Happy to answer any question you may have.
@@wright-adventure gutting 😢.
Where was the shower tray from?
Jackson leisure think there’s a link in the video info
@@wright-adventure cheers 👌🏻
Great design and build, although I would have to do something about the bamboo end grain!
Thanks for the comment, got to say I’m a big fan of the end grain I love all the variations in colour.
Very nice build! Thank You for sharing. Where do you keep your propane tank?
Hi, it’s a 26 litre strapped under the vehicle, www.gasit.co.uk/gas-tanks.html
Hi Errol, love the build! So very nice touches in the van👌🏻 I’m currently in the middle of a self build myself and have very similar electrical setup to you but just trying to get my head around it currently. Do you have any schematics on the wiring at all you wouldn’t mind sharing? Would be much appreciated 😊
Hi, I’m afraid I don’t but do take a look at the VictronConnect website as they have a section on data sheets and wiring diagrams that will help, otherwise good old google images is a great resource.
@@wright-adventure ah that’s a shame. Thanks for replying I’ll get back to the trusty old internet 👍🏻
