The last part is so incredibly important that he brought up short. We don't know these content creators. We should not hold them on a pedestal, nor should we treat them like they're our friends. They are entertainers, that's it.

The term "manchild" is overused nowadays, but mizkif is genuinely one. It's just the best way to describe him and it will save you from a lot of frustration trying to figure out why he acts the way he does. He's just a guy who never really needed to grow up.
The guy does have medicated adhd so take in his "personality" with a grain of salt, as it is a condition which often impacts an individuals "filter"
i definitely agree with you on that. like sure he’s a little quirky and maybe even purposely annoying for bits and he does have adhd which causes him to be kind of all over the place. But, sometimes he just really doesn’t have the lights on in his head. and he acts like a toddler in so many ways. honestly i’ve been a fan of his for a while and i recently have not been tuning it at all because i’ve realized that i just end up feeling stressed or uncomfortable from watching him. maybe that’s me though

As someone who doesn't know much of OTK at all, but knows the individual names being brought up, all I have to say is this organisation is trying its ass off to be a solid, clean and respected group.
I can just tell people don't even give a shit about the victim when they keep bringing up Mizkif over his scumbag friend/roommate. Twitter has been such a weird cesspool of hate directed towards the wrong person imo
this. The guy who actually did harm to someone and the victim is barely getting talked about and the person that's been alleged to covering it up is being talked about like he's the one that did the crime
This is the first I've heard of Rich. I thought Miz did it because everyone keeps talking about him. When Train's tweets were big news, I thought it was him being mad at Miz for SA. I haven't been following what was happening though. But I've seen other comments from people thinking he did it too

4:17 it’s not just a clear picture of sexual assault but straight up rape. In Texas (the state where OTK is located) it seems that sexual assault/rape are second degree felonies, which can lead to a 2-20 year prison sentence and a $10,000 fine. If it was aggravated then the penalty would be 5-99+ years in prison along with a $100,000 fine. This only goes over the state penalties and not the federal penalties which could be anything from 5 years to life imprisonment (15-25 years until the prisoner is eligible for parole). It should also be mentioned that he’ll have to register as a sex offender.

Lud fueled the drama day one by making the video without any regard for the truth. He just spread misinformation and now that the flames are biting at his ankles, he bothers to make a clarification video, mind you, one that will not come close to correcting the wrong he did. He completely bought the investigation at face value when it said that "there is no evidence of a cover-up." The cover-up happened (as Adrianna herself said that she was "convinced") just not as a result of a conspiracy to cover-up. Instead, it happened as a result of his sending friends to make sure it was actually sexual assault. When they were clearly too biased to do so and their presence could (and did) scare her away from making bold claims.

It's well-known that Mizkiff is incapable of maintaining a serious attitude. He can't/won't address the topic but he can't ignore it and his coping mechanism is humor. This has been the case every time he has been anywhere near drama.

His natural coping mechanism is going to catch him heat, so the only way to avoid that is to simply not stream until the entire situation has been resolved. Even that isn't full-proof solution as there's no telling how long that will take and even when it is resolved viewers take a while to move on from drama.

From my experience writing and reading science papers and research reports, the term "direct evidence" usually means "I can't prove one and usually nor the other". To put it simply, this statement is like asking the detective if mizkif did it and answering "Dunno,maybe or even maybe not.".

I think another big reason why OTK's gonna be fine is Asmongold. Like him or not, I think he handled both the Mizkif and Rich situations very well. With Miz, the leaked Discord call I think showed that he kept a clear head in figuring out what to do. With Rich, he said he knows more than we do from the investigation they did and did the right thing. Not only that, but he called people out who were immediately dismissing the person who accused Rich. Clearly the people like Tips who are working behind the scenes know what they're doing, but Asmon is basically the face of the org and he handled the drama well.
Asmon feels like the new lightning rod of OTK, like his statement about that small dick Andrew Tate "being like MLK"... like what?

Small thing that Ludwig didn't bring up that is relevant to the Rich situation... Asmongold addressed the allegations on stream where he said that anyone defending Rich would not be considered apart of the community and even advised that legal action be taken against Rich (whether she has decided to take Rich to court has remained to be seen, but I see no reason for her not to).
You have to remember the human side to this situation. She endured a trauma, and taking it to court would mean she would have defence attorneys attempting to rip her apart based on tiny unrelated details in order to destroy her credibility. Courts are not in favour of the victim when it comes to sexual assault. It adds to the trauma of the situation. You can’t recover from that shit :(

@@VuittonSA Innocent until proven guilty, courts have not adopted any stance, this is how it always has been in the modern world, as it should. It's absolutely crazy to me anyone could possibly think otherwise.. Is it fucked up for the victim to repeat what happened while being grilled? Yes, of course it is. How do you suggest we go about things like this or any court cases at all? Would you prefer courts assume alleged victims are telling the truth from the get go and see where it goes or what? Really, I'm curious.
