Plans to my other projects
madebythemetalist.etsy.com
As always, I had an idea and then just started building. Another attachment for my welding table. On this white it is also very space-saving.
Of course, I could have built the rollers in such a way that they can be easily changed, that you can also bend profiles with different discs. You could also change afterwards.
But I wanted something simple and fast to bend something around.
I also need this machine for my next projects.

Excellent work as always! Having it mount to your bench like that for adjustable roller spacing is brilliant!
Thank you 😁
Your metalworking and your visual storytelling are both absolutely wonderful!
Thank you 😁
Brilliant! Appreciate you saving us viewers time with your editing, very well done.
Nice design, clean and precise work, best editing and thank you for let us listing to the work work shop not some other kind of noise. Good work
Love the naration and the dementions were so very clear. I'm gonna' build one right now.
I love that on your edits, the cuts are always between the tap directions. Satisfying!
Thank you 😊
Another fine addition to the table accessories 👍🏼👍🏼
That is another awesome build and excellent video editing, thank you for taking time to film and post this video!
Thank you 😁 you are welcome 💪
Pancene andalan sampean kangmas... ora rugi kawit mbiyen sabskrep cenel iki. Maturnuwun yo.
Pretty cool 😎 would love a welding table like that as you’ve shown you can mount pretty much anything to it 👍
Thank you 😁
Your metalwork videos are the best on KZhead, straight to the point, and the best thing of all no bullshit talking that you have to fast forward through🤙 plus your metalwork is awesome. I'm subscribing👍
Perfekte Arbeit 101%!!!
Dankeschön sowas freut mich immer
I liked when you bolted the rollers to the table. It got me thinking that by bolting them closer, you could make smaller circles with the same equipment.
Parabéns pela calandra, muito bem feita!
I didn`t know about this wicked smart guy, now i`m glad i`ve found him. Subscribed!
Thank you 😁 💪
Nice roller bender. We shared this video on our homemade tools forum this week :)
Excellent work. This is a professional work from a professional, thank you
My two favorite companies Rehm and Fein. Regards Luke

Love watching your work
I love that hammer man :D
Thank you 😁
that mountng table is genius
Very good model. Ingenious. Great job.
I like your creativity, inspirational.
Awesome design and great functionality..👍🏽🇺🇸👍🏽
Really nice design! Maybe ad some kind off measuring device ( a ruler or cheap caliper). To get repeatable bends. I own a bender without one and it's hard to get the same bends every time.
Nice green. And your table system is fookin genius.
Thank you 💪😊
I made a ring roller free standing and I like yours and I suggest you make you two rollers into one but adjust your rollers closer or wider and you really don’t need pillow block bearings for 2 rollers just your idle bearings. Just a thought!
Your brain and handy work are admirable. (Is / are? "is" sounds better, but I know "are" is correct. Either way, wow.)
Off the hook , very talented
You're good! You create some cool stuff. You have the mind of a metalist!
😅 Thank you 😁
Great design and very well executed. I will be your next customer :) Thanks for the link.
😁💪
Love the design 👍🏻
Great skills as always, Getting colourful to. All the best D
Thank you 😁
Very cool idea. Thanks.
Ótima ideia parabéns🇧🇷
Love your bandsaw table,good idea
Thank you 😁
Another amazing build!! Awesome job!
Thank you 😁
Brilliant !
Excellent as always. You just need to line it up with a window for longer lengths! For someone so clever you seem to have a lot of time on your hands to make these things.
Thank you 😁 Yes i try to do one good Video in a month 😅
@@TheMetalist Well you certainly do do a good job of making the video as well as the piece you’re making. I had seen the thumbnail for a couple of days and passed it by until I saw it was from you The Metalist. Always worth watching this I thought.👍
😁😁😁 thank again
brilliant stuff
14:47 that was actually incredibly smart
Nice rollbender roller.
Awesome build! Of course, it was your hammer that took the show. I’m dubbing it “The Iron Fist of Fabrication”. 😆
Thank you 😁😅🤜
Hi Dirk, Respekt!!! Hammer Teil! Viele Grüße aus Ostfriesland 🤩
Hi Jörg, vielen Dank. Grüße zurück 😁
...... another mind-blown solution. 👍👍😎👍👍
Thank you 😁
ENDLICH!!! Hat irgendwie gefehlt bisher. Bin restlos beghostert.. - Weiter so!
That’s a hell of an idea. Great video. Keep up the good work

Exactly what I was looking for, many thanks 😎👍
You are welcome 😁
Einfach nur hammer hammer geil, vielen Dank Dirk fürs Zeigen, bin hin und weg :-)
@the metalist Love your design. I've been subscribed for awhile and your work is great. Request. could you attach an estimate on the materials used not including tools obviously, but bearings, all thread, etc.? Also, what taps are you using?
man, the stuff you could build with a lathe!
Very nice. Nice hammer. Thank you for the video and your time
You are welcome 💪😁
Good stuff! You could use it as a press when mounted vertically and removed the wheels.
Nice idea 😁
Great build!
Pretty cool
Fantastic man, I would like to do something like that myself, but I have nothing to do with it
Thank you ☺
worth watching just to see the iron fist !
Loved the video. Very cool. Just a bit sad that the paint came off so quickly on the outer rollers. But hey, what would you expect
Thank you 😁
Thank you 😁
I am always like "how does any of this even make sense?" And at the end im always in awe.
Thank you for some nice words 😁
I'm the same exact way haha I love it!
Bardzo dobra robota :) 👌
Cool build
Thank you 😁
Loving your work cowboy.
Nice design and execution
Thank you 😁
Thats a badass tool to make my guy. Good shit
that hammer is freakin awesome!!!
I used to build modular tools on my fixture table.... Then I realised a standalone tool is 10x more valuable. The setup time is a pain, taking more time than the work, but it ties up the whole table and if you are doing other work on the table already you have to un-setup twice and resetup twice (while interrupting all fixtures and workflow) In a 1 man shop its annoying but you can never become a 2+ worker shop with fixture table mounted tools. Being able to roll a standalone tool into storage, outside for usage or to hire it out is invaluable
You are 100% right. If you earn your money with that work. I will use that Machine maybe 2-3 time a year...
Build more tables?
Good ideal nice invention thank for sharing, many time see your video.
Love the work you do, wondering if you could make a custom tool cart on wheels, with custom storage solutions and accessories. I am designing a new box for myself, looking for some more ideas.
Nice idea will come
Very nice!
SUPERB I LOVE IT.
, Argentina.
Love, love this design. Question. A bigger wheel would make rotating easy, right? I think your the guy to make a kaleidoscope designed wheel. Used when needed. Easy storage.
good job, big up to you
Genius!
nice one
Wow, very clever design! I especially like the rollers, they look very stout. I’ve seen you use a sliding depth gauge in many of your videos, in this one it’s seen at around the 1:27 mark. Do you mind sharing the brand/model? I could really use something like that in my woodworking projects and yours looks like a really solid example. Thank you!
That table is bad ass
Love it excellent job What kind of band saw is that ?????
Amazing project and great vid buddy ❤
Thank you 😁
Wow this is good 👍 👏 experience.
Thank you 😊
That’s cool bro
Excellent video bro and excellent job on the project.

That’s awesome really amazing 👍
Thank you 😁
good idea
very cool build!
Thank you 😁
You have a lot of cool ideas I like your channel, you do good work.
Thank you 😁
excelente felicidades desde cali - colombia
When i seen your video about your "Dream Welding Table" - I watched it. And thought "Dream table? PFFFFFFTTTTTT". I didnt see the versatility in it until i watch another video several weeks later. Of you building your tooling to fit in the threaded hole of the table. I LOVE this design! I do have one question. How do keep from dinging your threads in the table? I mean when inserting the bench clamps?
Ingenious
