there used to be a railroad roundhouse where Point Park is now in Pittsburgh. The night watchman used to sit in the cupola on top of the roundhouse with a .22 with 2 flash lights tape to it. He would point it anywhere in the yard, flick on the lights and there would be a rat. He used to go through a box of shells every night.

What pellet gun are you using it is so quiet the trigger release makes more noise than the shot. Also are you using a special or otherwise different scope than standard? With rifles in the service the spotter has to tune the scope he uses for spotting out a slight bit to see the round as it travels from barrel to target, here I don't see any of the effect of have done that.

Milyen eszközzel lövöldözől?
It amazes me how many there are-they just pop up like daisies. Nice job knock em' down.
Hi Dan Many thanks for your comment and thanks for watching
As said below, much respect for hitting them a 2nd time if they're still moving to put them out of their misery. Great shooting!
Hi Jeff Thanks for the comment. Many thanks for watching
For me, it's not about putting them out of their misery. It's just to make sure they wont rise again to live another day. It's satisfying as well.
Waste of ammo let them suffer...just sayin...
Fuk respect... Is it an award night?
fuck that, dont waste another pellet, one is enough
Cracking acoustics and floor show, bravo.
Hi again Kip Many thanks
I shouldn’t be this entertained watching a rat snuff film

Hi rattrap We much appreciate your comments and for watching
Quite satisfying to see those ratfinks go down! Thanks
Hi Matt Glad you enjoyed the video. Many thanks for watching
there used to be a railroad roundhouse where Point Park is now in Pittsburgh. The night watchman used to sit in the cupola on top of the roundhouse with a .22 with 2 flash lights tape to it. He would point it anywhere in the yard, flick on the lights and there would be a rat. He used to go through a box of shells every night.
Hi Michael Sounds old school but fun. Many thanks for watching
@@islandratbusters3470 your pellet gun is much safer and excellent choice. WTG
This is almost as satisfying as watching terriers do ratting. Those videos are hysterical! They have the sound of a dying rat perfect in every squeak toy. Those dogs are vicious and fast AF! The sound of the rats being shaken vigorously is hilarious. Wap wap wap…
Hi Slam Thunk Glad you enjoyed the video. Many thanks for watching

I love the one & done air riffle 👍 I wish those were around when I was a young man living at my grandma's farm we used to use pea shooters to take out the rats back in the late 70's early 80's
Hi David Yes things have moved on a lot since we started shooting with brake barrels and a torch. Many thanks for watching
We just shot them rats with 22lr.
@@PaiadakineWhich, to me, is still the best choice.
thank you for making sure they were not left to die in pain when the shots were slightly off and the second shot spot on.

Hi Angus Glad you liked the videos. Many thanks for watching
Great job and very important! Sometimes a shot doesn't completely kill the abomination and then a second control shot finishes your job. Thank you for the video.
Hi Crimeans Many thanks again
It really feels like a war movie when that helicopter with a searchlight comes over.
Hi Donkeysaurus Many thanks for watching
the rats need to wear sunglasses because the eye glare is a "dead" giveaway 😂
Hi Joseph Please don't tell them that !. Many thanks for watching

I used to do the same thing at a house I used to live at in Florida. Taped a miniature flashlight to the end of the pellet gun and started plucking them away.
HI David Pretty much how we started many years ago. Many thanks for watching
I can't stop watching this and don't understand why.... lol
Hi Advanced Aquatic Concepts We have the same feeling when we're standing in a field at midnight in the freezing cold !. Many thanks for watching

Great shooting with no bull shit !
Hi Mark Thanks for the comment and for watching
I get that you are all for no suffering, and i agree 100%, but dude 99% of your shots did not require a 2nd shot - dang good shooting 👍👍👍
Hi F Grobler Thanks for the comment and for watching
Second shot was mercy
no mercy!
A rat is one animal that truly deserves to suffer. The only good rat is a dead rat.
Its called a double tap, make sure its dead.
boom headshot

Tango down. Tango Neutralized. 1 is enough, 2 is for good measures, to hell with their misery!!😆😆
Hi A-wale Many thanks for watching
How do you accurately set your scope . Ive had to buy a remmington as the poison was being carried all over my garden currently im 3 -0 up . Some of them were huge 😳
Hi Kevin Scopes may need a different way of zeroing. The ATN 4K Pro we use has a one shot zero built into scope. Good luck. Many thanks for watching
I thought one of those rats was a cat! Watching from Sth Australia
Hi rickman Many thanks for watching

What is the projectile? Looks like a sugar cube flying across the room, lol!
Hi vanessajazp Were shooting Hades .22 pellets. Many thanks for watching
Curious..do some of them jump up then scurry like that cuz they felt it and are trynna avoid the shot? Because most just fall over spazzing but why do some jump
Hi EJT The rats are dead but the nerves are still shutting down. The back legs kick in spasm and some times this makes them jump. Many thanks or watching
Brilliant. I may have just secured my first rat shooting permission.. Looking forward to it..

Hi Ass Ketchup Many thanks for watching
just two questions. Do you volunteer to shoot rats or do you get paid? & have you come from the military as a sniper? I ask that, as you are a master marksman. Being able to shoot a rat between the eyes & ear from 26m is impressive precision
It's just a hobby dxer and we have never been in the military but have shot air rifle at target competition level for many years. Many thanks for watching
I don't know what it is but, there's something very satisfying about watching this.
Hi Mr LIKESINGING Many thanks for watching
could you tell us what rifle and ammo you use please? That gun seems so accurate and the ammo looks just a little slow but very heavy and deadly .Thank you,
Hi Zak If you would like to look at Rats No29 we have the latest pics and equipment details at the start of the video. Many thanks for watching
Hi V Skeggjoar If you would like to look at Rats No33 we have the latest pics and equipment details at the start of the video. We use the ATN 4Kpro scope fitted with the ABL range finder, when used with the internal ballistic calculator it automatically adjusts the reticle for that range. Many thanks for watching
