  • Coyotes and bobcats. Have actually seen them, when I did security, on those residential areas that skirt the city limits. Pack of coyotes nearly cleared all the domestic pets in a complex I worked at, until residents finally got past their squeamishness and let animal control do what had to be done. Put down about 3 of the largest ones and the rest of the pack seemed to get the message and moved on.

In my country wolves and lynxes were hunted down to near extinction…luckily we figure it out a bit too late that these beautiful animals weren’t the problem but the human expansion, so now they are protected species and there’s sanctions for hunting them. I understand hunting for food, or hunting for controlling pests or species that weren’t originally form a specific area and it’s disrupting the ecosystem…this slaughter is just unjustified, build better fences; some solution besides having the time of your life killing these animals, I guess this is more fun…

They need to move to a better place where they don't need to thrive out like this, and not to be a nuisance for livestock and humanity.     • It might look brutal but the adrenaline in mammals kicks in within a third of a second and will last for at least 2-3 minutes before leaving the body. With that fine placement of rounds the animal is gone within a minute and won't even know what hit them.

The population has exponentially increased since the 80's according to IUCN and in 2007 coyotes were the most abundant livestock predators in western North America. Every litter has a size of 6-7 pups per bitch and a female usually breed once every other year.

  • It seems cruel until you actually know what it’s like to live with overpopulated coyotes in your area , less than 2 months ago I’ve literally seen one of my neighbors on the ground screaming and crying after they found their missing dog dead around my house.It was ripped apart by coyotes.

It would piss me off too if a coyote killed my pet,but to blame it on coyotes? blame it on the irresponsible neighbor knowing there are predatory animals out there leaving Your small pet unattended is your fault. Taking care of your pet doesn’t stop at the veterinarians office . When a child first learns how to walk you instinctively know you have to watch that child , you follow the child to make sure the child doesn’t do anything that will harm that child.Give your neighbor a piece of advice from me. Don’t leave your dog outside unattended or get a bigger dog.

  • Population and invasive species control are huge parts of hunting, and pretty important for maintaining a lot of ecosystems. I don’t think I have the heart to hunt like this myself, but I’ve got respect for people who hunt the responsible way, specially with such accurate shots.

  • Fun fact, all of those blue/green/yellow glowing dots in the grass are spider's eyes reflecting light. If you have a powerful LED flashlight probably at least 3,000 lumens to see them easier, shine it in the grass, if you don't see any, stomp the ground and watch how many are now looking at you.

  • 3:24 this one was brutal. I understand fully that this is used to maintain full capacity, but in a split second the shoulder blade/arm bone matter completely shattered and you can see that the arm is practically holding on by a single thread of flesh. In that split second that coyote must’ve been mortified, in shock, and confused,- good thing it was quick though, I doubt it could feel the actual pain due to the shock but still. Curiosity definitely does kill the cat, though in this case, the coyote.

    • I think 6:25 is even more brutal. The bullet burst open what was essentially a gaping hole in the animal's chest and blood gushed out. The animal's mouth opened a bit, its teeth clenched in pain but it made no sound and its face contorted in mortal horror almost like a human that just got sucker-punched. It also shuddered as it went down bleeding.
