@@drunkenmmamaster419 Conor was and always will be a better fighter (in the pure sense) - it is what is - would max beat him now? yeah maybe , rather most likely (I would def put my money on max if I had to choose), depending on the weight class obviously though but what we see now is just a joke, Conor can be beat by half the roster now - the man is a materialist to the fullest, and got everything he ever wanted - after beating Alvarez in still the cleanest and most dominant championship fight I have ever seen (still holds record for most knockdowns in a title bout) ….btw this was when Alvarez was a dog, the same guy who had a war with Dustin years later but was no where the same fighter….. but i digress, after that - winning the two belts (which he said he wanted to do in the UFC in 2012 before he was even in the UFC yet when he did it with Cage Warriors) then being out of the cage for a tad over 2 years to make 80 million in 30 minutes….start a multi million dollar company, glt everything he ever wanted and lets not forget, what he predicted he was going to do, which was unheard of and not seen as possible back when he joined the roster -- to only come back and fight the best LW of all time and arguably the best ever? then not fight for another 2+ years etc….. what I am getting at is, Conor got what he wanted - I do BELIEVE that Conor BELIEVES he can still be great - but no because subconsciously, that flame that kept the spark lit for all those years has gone out, it did a while ago…and many of his dumb fans dont realize that, and sadly Conor does not either BUT in its pure form, there was NO stopping that man during that Cinderella-like movie type run, a run that transcended him and the UFC as a company // hence why now its not impressive to say u cant beat Conor

I hate and love you for this 🤣
MMA Math right here, but Khabib fans won't like this MMA math because it doesn't benefits towards Khabib.

Sometimes we forget how good he was....
Conor tore his ACL in the middle of this fight for those who didn't know.
Where did you get that Info from
@@joe4991 From Conors mouth, the follow up Doctors report. And MRI imaging. Would you like the President to email you a confirmation? Maybe Dana can stop by tonight after dinner and discuss it. Jesus, why do you think he suddenly decided, after battering Max for 10.mins on the feet, to shoot for 3-4 takedown and control him on the ground....

The Conor we knew and loved.
Seeing Conor take Max down with a messed up leg is impressive. Max was always good at staying off the mat.
Not as much here... Max was a white belt in this fight. I think this is the one that made him realize he needed to improve his takedown defense.
@@ianpcon3630 It's funny because Max became an output fighter after this fight and worked a lot on ground game after this fight. Conor honestly schooled him.
@@captaindeadpool2655 Well the Max of today would tool the fuck out of Canner
Prime Conor was mesmerizing to watch.
Thank you for all that you do Larone it’s appreciated by all of us!
Man I miss this McGregor so much, such a humble, likeable and relatable human being. So grateful for the fans, absolutely broke… He’s a completely different person now.
Khabib style his soul
If Connor didnt get sidetracked he would still be champion 👀
🤣🤣🤣 good shit
Larone we all appreciate you and the content you put out
A rematch would be very interesting. Both young here, Max seemed much less experienced however.
Max would work Conor in a rematch
max would get his ass beat to a pulp 😂😂
@@drunkenmmamaster419 Conor was and always will be a better fighter (in the pure sense) - it is what is - would max beat him now? yeah maybe , rather most likely (I would def put my money on max if I had to choose), depending on the weight class obviously though but what we see now is just a joke, Conor can be beat by half the roster now - the man is a materialist to the fullest, and got everything he ever wanted - after beating Alvarez in still the cleanest and most dominant championship fight I have ever seen (still holds record for most knockdowns in a title bout) ….btw this was when Alvarez was a dog, the same guy who had a war with Dustin years later but was no where the same fighter….. but i digress, after that - winning the two belts (which he said he wanted to do in the UFC in 2012 before he was even in the UFC yet when he did it with Cage Warriors) then being out of the cage for a tad over 2 years to make 80 million in 30 minutes….start a multi million dollar company, glt everything he ever wanted and lets not forget, what he predicted he was going to do, which was unheard of and not seen as possible back when he joined the roster -- to only come back and fight the best LW of all time and arguably the best ever? then not fight for another 2+ years etc….. what I am getting at is, Conor got what he wanted - I do BELIEVE that Conor BELIEVES he can still be great - but no because subconsciously, that flame that kept the spark lit for all those years has gone out, it did a while ago…and many of his dumb fans dont realize that, and sadly Conor does not either BUT in its pure form, there was NO stopping that man during that Cinderella-like movie type run, a run that transcended him and the UFC as a company // hence why now its not impressive to say u cant beat Conor
maxs 6th ufc fight, conors second. max wasnt inexperienced at all. he just got destroyed and shut down by the better fighter
@@drunkenmmamaster419 infinite number of parallel universes and max maybe has a chance in one.
Conor's speed back then was incredible, not many people could match a young max holloway with speed
Max was never really known for his speed. His talents are pressure and volume.
Infinity energy, what a fight this means performance ! applause 👏
Imagine a rematch now 😂. An even better ultra instinct highlight.
Great channel you deserve more followers
Oh you're a wrestler now - Nate Diaz - Max Holloway
The footwork and balance of Conor was amazing. Max though showed some great heart and technique. You could see these were both going to be very special champions.
Ah the good old hungry Conor days.
This is the mcgregor I miss. THrowing legs and flying kicks.
3:36 okay wtf.
This proves Connor would best khabib if he wasn’t drunk
Casual Mctapper got owned forever
It’s weird rewatching this fight with how Conor is avidly going for takedowns and doing ground game when you compare it to how he fights now lol
Conors art of fighting. Absolute beauty.
Crazy this was a prelim fight.. and look at them now!
1:11 would probably have ended my life .... I will WILL comprehend how these guys can get like that and act like nothing happened lol
The way McGregor moves...it's like watching ballet.
One of cleanest fights Weill see from the man, here’s to 2022 tho maybe he will bring some of that snap back👀👌
His style benefits a lot from his added speed then again the knockout power also did go up, I'm just not sure it's better overall
Some of these combos would have finished other fighters. Shows just how strong of a chin Holloway has.
Takedowns from McGregor tho 🔥🤙
how is this still up??
Larone is the 🐐
Crazy , .. feels like a lifetime ago now .
Best channel ever
02:33 fun fact according to max Conner hurt his knee and max was asking if he was okay and conner said keep fighting
what a humble man.. :D back in the days anyway.
This fight (if Conor beats Chandler) for the BMF belt would be massive today.
F*ck yeah.. however, I want to see Chandler win..
Conor chest without tattoo look awesome, fighting style with switch kick n takedowns, clinching, man conor was almost a complete mma fighter 😆
BLESSED.
Joe O’Rogan at the end
This fight really shows how complete of a fighter Conor WAS before all the fame took over. Just imagine if he had continued on this path. Building on his wrestling and that standup game/ power he had.
Is it possible Conors tattoos affected his cardio because here he looks lightning fast without the ink
Max needs a rematch
The takedowns, i must admit i forgot about those
Max would beat him now
I miss karate stance McGregor.
I've never seen Connor wrestle so much
Holloway's resume is insane, all just former or future champs _conor, volk, oliveira, poirier, pettis, edgar, aldo and soon will be gaethje as well So underappreciated
Prime Conor was amazing. His rise to double champ is something special.
Even tho Max was young, crazy to see him dominated like this
Love to see this run back
I didn't remember that Conor got hit with some decent shots too, he just rolled a bit with them. Come to think about it, although he dominated this fight, there were some holes in his armor that Poirier exploited years later.
Light Conor a beast
This was hungry Conor! His rise from this fight to the Alvarez fight was fun to watch.
Two legends.
Conor actually showcased wrestling here
Watching this and seeing conor doing his things so comfortably, shows how fearful he was when facing khabib. He was literally frozen in time with only using his hands so carefully .
I don’t think he was fearful just over confident I feel he thought he was just gonna go in and knock him out quick .
Lmao here u r dck Scking Khabib again 😂😂
He had been out of the cage for 2 years, killing himself off of whiskey and cocaine. What lost that fight and ruined his career was Conor's own mindset. With that said Khabib might still have beaten even the best version of Conor, but it would've been his toughest fight.
@@danielx713 no he didnt. Conor barely hurt Khabib in that fight.
Humble and genuine McGregor here. Love to see that old Conor mentallity
This one and Alvarez are my favorites of his.
Really a legendary fight young max and connor on the rise...and connor tore his acl but finished the fight
This goes to show how tough Max is.He was younger, inexperienced and way smaller still went the distance with prime Conor.
1. they are about the same age 2. max is naturally bigger than conor, it was no different here 3. it was max’s 6th ufc fight. conor’s 2nd so the experience goes to max as well. ever thought that maybe mcgregor was always simply i donno…the better fighter?
@@knuckle-sandwichmma681 Nobody ever brings this up about how many fights Max already had in the UFC by this time. All they see is 21 years of age v 25. Max was McGregor's fifteenth fight or something, while this was Max's tenth. But Max had already faced people like Poirier in the UFC up this.
@@knuckle-sandwichmma681nah you're coping, mcgregor is older and was fighting for longer. Max was the underdog and was the only one not to get knocked out by prime mcgregor.
@@knuckle-sandwichmma681 late but not sorry. 1- COnor is 4 years older wich is a lot. 2-Max is taller but much skinnier than Conor(Conor is bigger) 3-This was Max 10th pro fight vs Conor 16th pro fight so I kinda stand correct that Conor was more experienced than him. Now,we need a rematch of these 2 at lightweight.
oh the fight that made me watch MMA...
Oh my god that armbar opportunity at 3:17
also at 03:40, was looking for that in comment section actually lol

After watching short and Max talking about McGregor knee injury? 👇🏼
Who’s here after max knocked Justin’s the fuck out … this proves Connor is much better then Justin gaethjr and Dustin and many others because Connor best max and max beat others
Joe knew McGregor was going to be a star before anyone.
It’s so cool that when you go down this period from Connors debut -> double champ it’s just KO, KO, KO, KO, but even he couldn’t KO Max.
Conor is absolutely huge at that weight. Tough to beat for anyone.
The palm-strike-Sandwich at 3:37 is evil lmao ouch Old school
Conor is very accurate. He made it look so easy..
Hard to argue with all of the money McGregor has made, but he should have stayed at 145. Killer with that length at that weight class.
Damn Im kinda shocked how easy Connor got Max mounted
Now if Connor could just watch himself to see what it used to be like when he was hungry and not caught up in his mouth and money.
We need to see a rematch
When max came in and caught that teep to the body I felt that shit
A rematch is in order 👇🏽
Conor's striking is priceless 👌👌👌
Max would destroy him now
OMG! I never knew this fight had happened! 😦
His karate style was when he was at his best
Conor was smart for not allowing the last 10 seconds exchange
Where has this conor been one that can grapple wrestle and is well rounded
Holloway would absolutely tear his ass up now...Conor gonna avoid that fight again at all costs. 👊🤜🤛👇👋
Can you upload poirier vs holloway 1?
This fight shows Mcgregor didn’t have any conditioning issues at 145. We talking Max Holloway. Not till he moved up significantly in weight did that become an issue. 145 Conor was the most spectacular fighter I’ve ever seen.
This is why Conor fans says he is the FW GOAT yeah Conor defeated undefeated Aldo in seconds and also defeated Chad mendes huge respect for that but this is really the worst version of Max holloway be honest the rematch would have gone either way Max was just 21 years old he became better in later years and again respect for Conor though 👏✨️and not to mention that Conor didn't defend his title.
max was scared and tentative. conors also regressed alot in his fighting style, if conor fought like this it'd be the same thing of max trying to defend and land inbetween like everyone does against him.
This is pre tattoo for both Holloway and Conor, theyre sso young
This how volkanovskie prepared
he literally tried to squeeze holloway head at 3:39
Karate stance Mcgregor at his finest
