Before learning more advanced swimming techniques, everyone should first learn how to float in water. Floating in water is a survival skill that everyone should be able to perform. Nisha Millet, the first female Indian swimmer will demonstrate the simplest floating technique ever in this video.
We look at four common problems and how to solve them. The key to floating is, ironically, a major challenge for beginners: relaxation. You will be able to "swim" as soon as you master this.

  • Absolutely great tips for beginners as well as advanced swimmers. Staying afloat is something not many coaches tell you when they teach you swimming. Not sure why but you made it all simple. Thank You very much
