For those who wonder about the glitter just think of it like play doh it's non-toxic but non-edible, it's not poisonous but you don't eat it either. That kind of glitter is actually for cake decorating used as displays. Many ppl don't understand the diff when the glitter says non-toxic and non-edible especially if it's sold at a bakery supply shop, you'd assume it should be edible. I didn't know the diff either until I did some research. It is pretty but unfortunately the body can't breakdown the material and it can lead to belly aches etc. Some ppl use it sparingly but it's the ones who use a ton on their party desserts that has me like 😬 I'm very glad Cristina mentions it in her video and in the description that those glitters are non-edible because some ppl don't and like she mentions tinker dust is edible ad FDA approved. Thanks for the great tutorial btw!!
Poplkll90
I’d still eat it. Lol
I find it better to see it as lipstick or chapstick. They’re not made for eating but won’t hurt you….plus, if you eat a lot of it, you’ll feel like a unicorn when you poop it out lol
I was wondering the same thing and I went to the comments and no one s talking about it.
This is one of my favorite tutorials! Well explained and the tips in do's and don't thank you! I can't wait to try this!❤️

Where I live, my only option is the brand name candy melts, but I also have a melting pot that keeps it perfect consistency from the same brand
If you have a winco near by they carry melting chocolate and it it’s soooo good!!

Hi🙋🏻♀️ make sure you rest your dipped strawberries on to parchment/wax paper they remove easily.
@@eneidaangong7805 yes I try it again They turn out great I will be making them on Valentine’s Day ♥️ Thanks
You have a cute calming voice
ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! ❤ I am now a fan! This is the first video of yours I have watched and I'm just wowed at how beautiful and tasty everything looks. You are very talented, and I greatly appreciate you sharing your knowledge with us. I like dipping strawberries and cookies, etc in chocolate. I have gotten compliments. But these are breathtakingly beautiful. I have to go back and watch the part on the disco dust though, I think I heard you say it's not approved for consumption or something, not sure, lol. Or Maybe not recommended. But they are so pretty.
Thank you Earl! It is great to hear feedback from someone that has experience with dipping chocolate treats. I also posted an updated video sharing a method without using candy coloring to save money. Yes for disco dust/techno glitter they are commonly used at bakeries/small businesses but they are only considered non-toxic since they are not labeled with nutritional value by the FDA. So they are mainly aesthetic/ for decorative purposes. If you the look , in my description box I linked Tinker Dust which looks as close to the disco dust as possible but has been FDA approved. It can be applied with the same technique using a shaker for best results
@@SugarMagicbyCristina , thank you so much! You are a wonderfully, friendly, amazing person! Have a great day!
@SugarMagicbyCristina I love this video, although I learned about dipping chocolate in school, this by far was much better about the glitter ✨️ 😀
Thank you
Love 💖
What was the liquid you brushed on the apples to get the glitter to stick. Didn’t see it on the list
Wow. Subbed
Hey honey-bun ❤️❤️🥰🥰 love this one!!! Ur doing amazing love. Stay consistent and happy babes 😘💕💕

Hi Diana I am so happy that you enjoyed learning from this video! 🤗🥰 Feel free to ask me any questions, Happy Valentine's Day 💘💘
Good morning, thank you for the tutorial! Very informative and excellent tips. I couldn’t catch what you mentioned about the hood spray you use for the apples 🍎 before applying the glitter. Can you give me the name please.
So beautiful!! Where is the store located. I’m going into treat making also!! Thank you for teaching me so much!!🤗💜
This was so GREAT to know! I hope I can do this one day!!! ✨
How long should you let them dry?
Any suggestions for leaves drying out? Selecting strawberries?
So I have the Wilton’s chocolate should I add oil and just warm up more?
Do u know what brush u used to paint the strawberries?
Where do you buy the adhesive for the apples?
Is the metallic gold ate-able
Are these edible? Thank you for your videos!!!
HI, Cristina, how long is your cooking time? Following your instruction, I tried your recipe and and your way of doing chocolate, but failed! The chocolate shell cannot be solidified, even in fridge as long as 20 minutes. THX IN ADV.
After strawberries dry and you want to drizzle.... should you drizzle immediately after?
