Having trained Muay Thai for a few years I never got used to shin on shin kicks and have no clue how someone can throw those kicks full force and not flinch. My shins got a lot tougher but it still always hurt like F This looks agonising. Worst I had was when my shin looked like a 6 pack of eggs after training one night lol

Some people somehow get used to it but the pain is unreal even if your the one kicking so to do it this hard on purpose over and over is incredible. So there is pain and then the emotional suffering that happens in the back of your mind in reaction to the physical pain occuring in that body part. If you tame the mental suffering the pain is just another sensation. You dont get that kind of self mind control over night though. Takes alot of practice

That leg is likely to suffer from compartment syndrome. If not diagnosed it can be devastating, if it is diagnosed it's still kind of devastating, especially if a fasciotomy is required.

Leg kicks are brutal, to me, they hurt way more than a liver shot. (Ive been knocked out by liver shots and ive taken leg kicks) Liver shots hurt too but once you get your wind back youre fine. Taking leg kicks left me limping in pain for a whole week
