“I thought, no, I’m not gonna make any effort to fit in!” Actor Gwendoline Christie takes a look through her fabulous Life in Looks.     • She also read some lines for the song of her friend Patrick Wolf. Check out Theseus! That's how I saw her irl years and years ago at a concert of his on stage. We saw her arrive at the venue in a stunning dress and heels in the winter cold and darkness, it was like a vision of a celestial being 😇

  • This was, without question, the best Life in Looks so far. Gwendoline's responses were so considered, so eloquent. This is just one of the many reasons why, when you mention her name to pretty much any group of people, they all say, "Oh I LOVE her!". A beauty and a true original ❤

  • the fact that she said she felt so beautiful for the first time on screen in the show Wednesday… she is perfect in every way. they really had her in the best outfits and the colors of the outfits suited her perfectly and accentuated her beauty. being a tall woman, i used to struggle with confidence while growing up but seeing someone like gwendoline in the acting industry gives me so much hope and joy to hopefully break into the industry one day. she is a breath of fresh air!!♥️

She knew the world was going to have feelings about how she looked, so she decided to give no fucks and present a whole different set of narratives. Being strong is beautiful.     • Most of us see a name and pronounce it the way we think it should sound by the way it looks, and the sound depends on your native language. It's entirely different when you have actually met and worked with a person, or people, who pronounce the name the 'correct' way according to their native tongue. One of my favorite youtubers does interviews with people every so often. One of the first questions they ask is 'how do you properly pronounce your name?". People don't mispronounce names out of any kind of malice, they do so because they truly don't know any better.

She takes her time in choosing her next projects and it’s always worth the wait, as a fan! She just never disappoints! With other famous people it's either listing names or going "oh well, that's that" but GWENDOLINEEEE!!! she is intentional, knowledgable, enjoys it! i love her and this so much!
