The pressures of fame and our media destroyed her psychological health (the media glare, stage parents, abuse, exploitation, neglect), it's incredibly heartwarming to see her getting to this place and appear to be so happy and healthy now after everything she's been through in the last two decades. Ten years ago I was fresh out of an abusive marriage and to block the pain I became a heroin addict. I went to jail seven times in two years. Now I've been clean for six years and I own a business making spell/ritual candles. My mother visited me in jail once and said "You've been through a lot of really really terrible things and I feel for you. But it's time to move past it now," and that flipped a switch in my brain and I never looked back. If anything, she was a victim of a toxic system that tried to frame her as the villain and then would say “See, I told u” when she had a breakdown. Of course someone will have a breakdown after being harassed and misconstrued for so long. That’s only natural.
